I'm just back from a 3000 km trip with my Piggybacker with no swivel ......I don't really see a need for it in my opinion. I just think its another thing to think about wearing or breaking. I would say in the case of an accident it would be of use? The new Piggybacker comes with a swivel. I guess like anything there are pro's & con's. Check out the Delphi forum on Motorcycle Trailer Towing.....again lots of opinions there as well. Keith

There is a very fine screen over the stock speakers......just remove that and silicone it on the new ones. Unless you spend a lot of time in the rain I would think that will keep most of the water off the speaker cone. I have replaced mine with the 4" Pioneer speakers and don't have any trouble. Just remember there is only so much you can get out of a 4" speaker! Keith

Reminds me of my spill last year....similar damage. Glad your OK.....the pride part is the worst. I had to trailer mine home....no fun driving past a Tim Horton's with 30 or so bikers watching you go by! Keith

Changing the plugs...
KeithR replied to FuzzyRSTD's topic in Royal Star and Royal Star Tour Deluxe Tech Talk
Get yourself a piece of hose - 3/8" id I think - to slip over the end of the plug to make it easier to start threading them in and maybe help with removal once loosened. Keith -

I'm a parts manager at a Honda dealership and 3 blanks that have to be filled in before you can look up a part......Model - Civic Year - 1989 Doors - 2 or 4......the number of doors narrows down what model car you have. I always insist on having the S/N to avoid any problems. Hope that answers your question. Keith

There was an accident just outside of the town I live in a couple of days ago. All I can find out is it was a Black Venture from Ontario. As far as I know the rider is in the hospital but I have no info. If anyone knows of anyone travelling in this area that may need some help or is a member here please let me know if there is anything I can do! Keith From CBC A motorcycle accident in central Newfoundland sent the driver to hospital Tuesday afternoon. The RCMP in Grand Falls-Windsor says police responded to the accident at about 1 p.m. on the Trans Canada Highway just outside of Red Cliff. The 56-year-old man was eventually airlifted to St. John's. The RCMP says the resident of Ontario lost control of the bike and went off the road at the intersection to Red Cliff. The investigation continues into what caused the crash. There hasn't been any word on the extent of injuries.
