  1. I will be in Springfield, VA with the STAR crowd at the Comfort Inn.
  2. Answer is NO. I replaced mine but never pulled a trailer or two up and I am not heavy on the right wrist.
  3. I will be leaving Friday 5-25 for my twenty first to RT. This one is the XXV and is a milestone. God Bless Our Soldiers.
  4. I got the Magic Jack four years ago and I don't get a single unsolicited call. My family has the number and some close friends. For $20.00/year it is great. Call anywhere in Canada or USA for no charge. I have my cell phone listed with NoCall and if they slip through I promise to report them.
  5. It could be a case of a bad tire.
  6. I had the one on my 02 aluma welded six years ago and it is doing great.
  7. Glad to see that your life may be on a high note soon. Think about a Triumph (Bonneville or America) they are great and easy to ride. If I could afford an America it would be in the garage now.
  8. I get 10k + miles out of D404 on the rear and 14-15 k on the front. I have been running them for the last 100k miles on my 02 RSMV and will buy another set when needed.
  9. Yep the beads don't work and the D 404 is the worst tire ever! HOGWASH I have ran D 404s and dyna beads for years.
  10. Having been riding for fifty three years now, I believe the three drop rule to be false. I dropped my RSMV last month in a parking lot while not moving.
  11. Yep, what BOO said. I have been riding since 1959 and have had ONE (read 1) flat. I always keep good tires on my bikes.
  12. I did my own with a drill and pad after sanding first. Came out fine enough for me, but if you are looking for that mirror polish get a pro to do it.
  13. I use it in all my equipment for my mini farm. Good for the 66 year old Ford tractor and keeps the gas engines prepped during the winter. I have never had a motor fail to start in the spring. My neighbors riding mower was misfiring last week and I put a half can in his gas and it smoothed out fairly quickly.
  14. Too many people smarter than me commenting on this post, so I'll sit back and read for the solution.
  15. That's the one. The "pro" one had six or eight different extractors but none would fit the rear axle bearing. Go figure.
  16. The only time a blind hole puller is needed is on a motorcycle ( I have been told). It is used on most brands to remove the wheel bearings. The best one I own is from Harbor Freight. It is much better than the professional one I bought for nearly $150.00.
  17. I am ready to go. Need to add more mileage to my 151 K on the speedo. Only thing done this winter was an oil change but Sylvester is always ready for the next adventure.
  18. Glad you made it down off the mountain.
  19. I don't care who you are...that is funny!
  20. I thought about keeping my 99 R* after buying my Venture in 01 but the Road Star went by by after lack of use.
  21. Mighty Vac is the answer.
  22. Cheap black carpet velcroed to the dash.
  23. I used white lithium spray for my 2nd gen.
  24. Congratulations! The military and their families REALLY appreciate your committment.
  25. God bless all the participants. We just had our meeting of the wall. God bless our soldiers!
