Actually I am impressed with them, they are very comfortable! Becky has a pair too, she had hers about a year before I got mine. Hey, you can always put a piece of tape over the emblem, or say that you "Walk all over HD's with your 1st Gen!!":stirthepot:

I have an ulcer on the bottom of my right foot and they are doing a procedure called a "graft" tomorrow afternoon. I am suppose to stay off my feet to help it heal. I asked the doctor how long I will stay out and he asked me how long do I want?!!? I'm sort of thinking 10 months would be too long to ask for so in a month or so I will return to work. I retire next August!!! Guess you will see a lot of me on the forum for the next month...

Yah! One big happy family!! Unfortunately with us trikes, we put a bigger load on the clutch. Mine started slipping after just one season. Hopefully Goose told you about the heavy duty clutch that Yamaha makes. Do a search here, there is a nice step by step installation guide with pictures on this site. Mr. Goose is one of the most knowledgeable and downright helpful people on this site!!

We are doing the American Legion Riders Southern Tier Chapter's "Fall Freedom Ride" on saturday. Registration 12 to 1 at the American Legion Post 567, 3740 North Buffalo Road, Orchard Park, NY. Price is 15 single person, 25 couple, and includes pasta dinner and free Ricky Lee concert. We have nothing planned for sunday yet...
