  1. Check your air boxes for anything. Open them up and check the filters. Mine was doing that and it was something in the airbox. Ran fine till I was in 4th or 5th.
  2. Hey, Nascar is catching up too. http://www.insideline.com/car-news/nascar-to-replace-carbs-with-fuel-injection-finally.html
  3. Totally wrong. As matter of fact the apple Os is the new frontier for hackers. Apple users will now have to learn to deal with what we PC users already deal with on a daily basis. NO System is totally secure, period.

  8. Hmm, Always synced mine at idle and never got over 34 to 38. Makes sense though as the bike is at idle far less than its at 2, 3, and 4k. Gonna have to try this and see what happens.
  9. You try any graphite in it yet. If its not too late. Anyway you should use only graphite in locks. I was told this by a locksmith many years ago. Been doing it ever since and never had a problem.
  10. When I was racing dirt bikes as a young fella I use to do that. But now I just kinda know using all the cues, speed, tach, sound, lights. Very rarely do I not know which gear I'm in. Usually sound and speed alone are enough.
  11. Lawyers guns and money. Well, Start talking to the lawyers to have it fixed properly somewhere else before pulling out the guns cause its gonna take a lot of money to get you out..
  12. Hey Tom, I might be able to make a modified set of knee blockers. Mine are designed for RSV's and because of that the lip closes to the tank is short due to the fairing hitting it when turned lock to lock. Send me a pic of the area of your bike between the tank and the handle bars with them turned in all the way. I might be able to make the lip taller and thicker which should help with the airflow up the side of the tank.

  20. I was going thru some old hard drives tonight. I knew that I had not removed my carbs when I did mine in 2007. Here's the trick, you have to remove one of the wire guides to get the back valve cover off and part of the plumbing to get the front one off. As you can see in the pics the carbs are still mounted on the bike. So for those of you who don't want to remove the carbs take a look at the photos.
