I have the XL clearview windshield. It is so good, that after I put it on, I had a huge amount of wind coming at me from the area betweem the lowers and the fairing. On Saturday, I installed the deflectors. Rode 250 Miles on Sunday. What a difference. Instead of a mass of air blowing straight up into my face, all I had was a swirl of air. They eliminated 80% of the airflow. The only place I felt any air at all was at the outside edge of my glasses. Everyone should try them...They truly work... PS: This is not a paid advertisement. If it was I would have gotten them for free......

I have the Drag Tach, and the XL Clearview windshield. To eliminate glare, I used double sided tape on a turn signal visor. Just bend it enough to fit before you put the tape on....

On Friday, Nov 6th, The Wounded Warriors will be arriving in Huntsville. The Patriot Guard Riders will be there to escort and welcome them as always. I am taking the day off from work to participate in this great honor to our soldiers....

Got mine today. They look great. My wife said: why did you order one for me, I have all the pins I want on my vest. I said: cause if I didn't you would be PO'd at me for not ordering one for you. She said: You're right..Thank you...After all these years I still haven't figured women out. If anyone has, Please let me know....

Everyone here wears their regular biker gear. Most have at least a small PGR patch on the front of their vest or jacket. We are bikers, and no one expects us to dress up fancy. Go on a mission, you will be amazed at the number of people attending the funeral that walk the flag line and thank everyone individualy for attending abd their support. Welcome aboard....

I just changed out the original D404 that had 14,600 miles on it. Always kept the air pressure at 41 to 43 psi.

The sales person is probably just ignorant and has never read the book on a Venture. You wouldn't believe how many people are members who don't know a Venture has a clock :stirthepot:

Steering head bearings loose should not affect rear tire wear. What air pressure and what make of tires did you put on ????

I just replaced my Dunlop404 rear tire with another one. 14600 miles on it... I probably could have gotten another 1000 miles out of it, but in some areas I had fine split formig at the area at the bottom of the tread. Their was still tread left on these tires. Not like the pics I have seen on here of people who got outrageous mileage and should have replaced the tire a long time ago....
