NEIGHBOR'S 7 YEAR OLD KID WAS PLAYING IN MY MOTORCYCLE HOUSE AND PUT STUFF IN THE TRUNK OF MY 2006 RAV. HE MUSCLED THE LID SHUT AND NOW IT WON'T RAISE ALL THE WAY AND ONLY STAYS HALF WAY UP. I NOW LOCK THE BUILDING. HOW DO I GET THE THING BACK RIGHT?

Tranny chatter 4th & 5th gear.. I have a 96 Yamaha Royal Star with 120,00 mi. on it..sometimes you can hear it in 3rd,...the chatter stays the same as the r.p.m. any ideas ?

Does anyone know how to turn off the media player on this device? I have looked everywhere and tried everything I can think of, but once the player is turned on...it stays on. I can mute it...no problem there, but I want to stop it. Appreciate any help.

Hello All, My 96 RS has "Turn-out" mufflers on now and I wanted to change back to OEM mufflers. I purchased a set of mufflers only to find that I need the "stays" to mount the OEM mufflers. I'm reaching out to anyone who might have a set of these that would want to sell them. -
I installed a glass mat battery that is sealed and now have no place for the battery probe and of course the warning light stays on. Is there a remedy for this. Thanks -

I can activate cruise and on light stays on, push set switch and set lights stays on, as they both should. Let go of throttle and cruise is actually not on. Tried at different speeds from 45 up to 65 to no avail. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. PGR, PC, FL -
Good Morning Everyone! My question is about the amount of time the turn signal flasher stays on before it self cancels. It seems to me mine stays on alot longer sometimes. Then other times it cancels quickly. Is there a set time for this proceedure to happen, or does it depend on the circumstance? Oh buy the way i'm talking about a 2008 RSV. Thanks and Ride Safe!

Put on a new set of rear shoes today, and when I just took it for a test drive, my headlamp is not working...however, my high beam indicator stays on no matter where my switch is...any ideas?

I have just purchased an '89 VR with some fairing and fairing mount damage. Was wondering if the fairing stays from an '83 would work? I can get all the fairing stays from an '83 if they will work. Also need to get the complete fairing. Chuckles:fingers-crossed-emo

Can't think of anything I've done that could have caused this; just wondered if it's due to failure of the little solenoid down by the rear brake pedal. I can hear a little click coming out of this little box whenever I activate the pedal or the front lever........but the brake light just stays brightly lit all the time. Anyone ever had this symptom before? Thanks for any words of wisdom. Mike

I have a problem with the digital diplay showing a problem with the brake fluid level - stays on and red light stays lit - lots of brake fluid - sensor has been tested in behind the headlight - continuity/no continuity as you raise and lower the float - tnx - Jim

I had to short yamaha windshield on my 04 venture and the clear coat started coming off. So I replaced it with a windshield from show chrome accessories found it on ebay from a business in northern Arkansas. It is about an inch taller then the one I had and stays that height all the way across should help with cooler weather. I got it delivered for 100 bucks.
