The one i had was a lighter blue and not perfect either. It stayed dirty a rode it a lot it had a little over a 100,000 when i traded it off. The one i had would backfire in first gear also but none of the other gears, i didn't ride in first much though. Your bike looks really good and looks like most of the plastic and knobs and such are still there as well.

Nice bike, I could be interested. What year is yours? I had a 86 lx that I rode a lot then traded it off for who knows what now(don't remember now). The leveling suspension still work?

I would do the pull through plug/patch as mentioned and wear the tire out.

I currently have the DEI Radiator Relief in the bike, four wheeler and the wife and I's cars (both turbos) along with a couple other turbo related things from them on my car. It seems to be as good as Water Wetter takes around 20 degrees out on temps. The fans hardly come on now except for extended long idling periods (mainly on the four wheeler). They all run around the 200-205 degree temps with either the Redline or DEI product. MY

Sounds like the warped rotor syndrome to me also. If it didn't do it before and now it does sounds like tighten 'em with the impact tight to me. Have you tried to loosen one of them ? If you need the four foot cheater to get one loose you know what happened. my

Kawasaki Prairie's here, a 360 and a 650 both are 03's. Automatic, high and low range shift on the fly 4x4 with manual front locker ( left hand finger pull ). Fully enclosed wet brake in the rear with front disc. The 650 is water cooled the 360 is oil cooled with a fan, both have a spin on oil filter. They weigh around 600lbs stock and are used for work and play (a lot of play). I've had no issues with either of them, the 360 has 20,000+ miles on it and around 500 hours. The 650 around 12,000 miles and a little over 200 hours. We use the 360 the most because it's easier to get out where they are parked. My

My WRX wagon can do that but really hard on tires ( That's why I have two sets one for daily driving and one to play with ). Usually the hand brake locks both rear to get the car to turn. He is a great driver but he didn't do to well in the WRC series kept sliding off the course.

Now if I could multi-task like that.

Hey Eck, I gotta ask this what's the safe speed for 30 degree weather? I usually run 75-80 on the 4 lanes in the cold but the roads are clear. -
I would think the same gunk is build up on your sensor and causing the fluctuation until it gets fully warm. Had the same issue with my 99 it was on the sensor for the fuel enrichment also so gas mileage was way down.

We go up to Bristol,TN and ride down to Vilas,NC Then ride 321 back to Elizabethton,TN. This is also known as Shady Valley when you get in the area. Randya is the man of the area.

We rode right through ( we go early the crazies haven't even rolled over ) seen a few bikes and had Hellbender to ourselves. We ride over a lot just for lunch, soup and a grilled cheese and drink @ $6.

The Smoky Mountain Brewery is my most favorite places in the world! I do like the one in Gatlinburg better than the one in Pigeon Forge though. Gatlinburg is my favorite too, but the house band from there plays at the Pigeon Forge location every other weekend....and this weekend they are @ the PF location....

Mike & I are going to ride up in the car and meet you all @ The Red Roof @ 6 tomorrow night. I would like to throw out a dinner & live music option. Smoky Mountain Brewery in Pigeon Forge is a great place to eat & socialize. They have a really good band that starts @ 9pm. And, it 0.04 miles from the motel....Here is their website & walking directions. http://www.smoky-mtn-brewery.com Distance: 0.040.1 mi Time: Start at 2510 PARKWAY, PIGEON FORGE going toward WALDENS MAIN ST Arrive at 2530 PARKWAY, PIGEON FORGE, on the Right This is just a suggestion, go to the website & check it out....It is a well kept secret with the locals. Also, Eck you can sneak out of the back of the Red Roof & get on Wears Valley & cut through Metcalf Bottoms & cut down on a lot of traffic to get to River Road to 441.....or just stay on Wears Valley to 321 to Townsend then you can get on the Foothills Pkwy. Just trying to help out, we can talk about it tomorrow night.... Mike & Denise

I run 3 in the forks and 40-45 (depends if luggage) in the rear. I do ride aggressive a lot of jack rabbits and a lot of hard cornering. I expected in the 10,000 to 12,000 mile range not what I got. I going to try a commander and try to get the rest of the year out of it. Will put a matched set of something come next spring.
