    About your antifreeze leak I have that too on my 85, nothing to be alarmed with, its probably just a loose hose clamp my bike started leaking when it got below 50 too so i don't think its too big of a deal!

    I need a set of first gen mufflers, doesn't matter so much on the condition, just looking for a really cheap price, will pay for shipping. Going to do some "reconstructive" work on the mufflers, so the quality is not that much of an issue Thanks! -CJ

    I need a pair of first gen pipes, I want them to be very inexpensive and it doesn't really matter on the quality. I plan on drilling them out anyway, so if anyone has any pipes, please let me know THANK YOU!!! -CJ

    Its so cold out that a tank drove OVER not through the drifts that were made just hours before!

    I am PMS-ing like no other! It was 0 for a high yesterday, and now, at 10 in the morning, were at 18 degrees, this reminds me of waiting forf it to 50 on a cold spring day!!! Im so excited!!!

    I doubt it, this is the most snow i've seen in my life, and i've seen alot of snow! Its freezing out, and of course my car dies at an intersection and wont start. Maybe thats why they say tempos aren't made for busting drifts! Either way, it was too cold to walk, so i just stayed put trying to figure out the problem, but lo' and behold my hood release latch froze to the inside of my car, so i pulled about a foot's worth of plastic out of place. Good thing its an 85' that i only paid 350 for!!!! PS does anyone have any extra first gen pipes they would like to sell for really cheap? THANKS!!!

    If your talking about a first gen, even on a cold day going through town long enough mine would hit the red and the fans would kick on. as long as it goes back down and doesn't pass the line i think your ok have you checked your antifreeze?

    Does new paint count? I love the color on my first gen, but the guy before had it scraping the ground alot.

    Lucky! Our situations the same though, all of our roads were shutdown because of the weather too!!!

    Wierd! I'd make those wheels a little bit bigger, that way if you forget about putting those wheels down, if it falls, it just lands on one of its wheels and then it picks the bike back up! But i prefer the wind:scubadive:

    I have decided that i hate snow, and any temp under 60!!!! I say we make a Petition to tell the government to stop it now! We got 20 Inches of snow here In randolph nebraska with some story high drifts, good thing dad got that new expensive:mo money: snowblower!!!! How much did you all get?
