  1. All the above!!!! And More!!!!
  2. Most everyone on here that still have lights and an ignition switch do it this way. I got the switch in there but haven't used it but maybe once or twice in over a year. Relay is the only way to go!!!
  3. Bypass the fuel pump and try it. If problem solved, get yourself to stealer before warranty runs out. Fill up the tank with the pump bypassed. Mine ran fine for close to 100 miles (to dealer) with pump bypassed. Just keep about 2 gallons in the tank while trying this.
  4. Got mine yesterday. Haven't had time to open it up yet. Gotta go get an SD card this weekend.
  5. Great minds, think alike!!! I like the idea of the turkey baster. As a matter of fact, I was thinking the exact same thing when I got down to your post. I gonna go buy me one just incase this ever happens to me. It'll never see the kitchen though or the grill.
  6. I'd like to just have the shop for starters.

  12. If you install the restricter tubes near the gage it'll do what you are talking about. Change ends with the hoses so they( the restricters) are located near the engine and the difference will surprise you.
  13. Hey 67mini67, something's wrong with your bike. At 40mph you should get at least 80-100 mpg's. You left yourself wide open for one of those antique riders to have something smart to say like, "That's as fast as a 2Gen will run". But we know better, don't we!!!
  14. No problems here in South GA with FF4.
  15. Come to MD in June and someone may donate one to you!!!:rotf:
  16. Yep, it sounds like you're running on 3 cylinders. It could be a lot of different things. If you decide to figure it out for yourself, I'd look at the fuel first. You may have gotten some gas from a tank that had just been filled and a lot of the sludge in the underground tank may have gotten stirred up just in time for you to come along and get the goop in your tank. Drain the bowls of the carbs and see what comes out.
  17. You know good and well that once you become a member here and get this gobbledy-goop in your blood you can never get it out!!!! Welcome back!!!
  18. I guess that not that many people know just how fine a ride the Venture is! We just don't have the "mistique" that the others have, just a great product with an unbelievable warranty! :sign yeah that::sign yeah that:
