8x10 would work, 8x12 would be better. I have a 6x10 and it's great for 1. @ 8ft wide you can get them side by side with no problem.

They're blowing you off 'cause you have some none hd bikes listed. "Right now, with my bike in lowered style, that distance is only 3 1/2 inches. Looking at other Sportsters, I think that maybe should be about 5.5 inches or more, but I don’t have any Sportsters near me to measure. So I need some help please." Any numb nutz could go out an put a tape measure to his bike and reply to this question. My buddy had a sporty but sold it last summer after he purchased a classic. If he still had it I would measure and reply. Sorry I'm no help and just b**ched.

you need an 18mm. it's one of those that doesn't come in a set usually. I know I've been there. so head off to HF and pick up an 18mm combo wrench and socket Best of luck.

we have 60 minutes "quota" time for "business purposes" only in 10 minute increments. I usually use 10 min a day while fielding the "do I have work" calls from the contractors in the morning. In this order. Woot - deal of the day Newegg - deal of the day VR.org till my 10 are up Then back to the mayhem.

As long as you don't get into a crash with anything bigger than a 650cc you might survive. If that chick on the Progressive commercial hits you on her Vtwin you'sr dead.

and next week when plowing their fields to plant those farmers will be crying about how much the part cost that runs the thing-a-ma-jig that powers the wach-a-ma-call-it. Then they'll say it's all junk these days, there's no quality. But then they're farmers.

If it's similar to mine with a couple of bent over tabs on the top and on the side, you have to pop loose the radiator enough to lower it a bit and slide the holes in the top tabs over the pins on top of the radiator. Put the radiator back in place and the screws on each side through the holes in the side tabs. That was by memory from 3 years ago and of course if your's is like that.

My BL does a lot of crotch rocket work out of his garage so he was kind enough to order some Michelin Continentals for me. (Much improved over the 404's) When they came in I threw the wheels in the trunk and drove up to his place, pickin' up a 12 on the way of course. Changed them out and balanced in no time. I figure if he can run 130MPH on his R1 I should be good at 80

I don't use any of the photo share programs so I don't know how I would share them with you except to send you something in the mail.
