  5. Depends how your rip fence is fastned, if its on a rail on the front of the saw the rail will need to be raised, you are rite it will require some modification. He just asked for ideas, I just thru one out there. I agree a sliding table would also be a nice idea. I also agree will you I have never had the need to alter my saw table. Craig
  6. I thought of that but screws would allow him to remove top to access saw arbor to change blades:think: Craig
  7. Scrap pc of 1/4" corian screwed to the top with countersunk screws. Crank the saw blade thru the top:thumbsup: Craig
  8. Have you tried taking the small kick plate off the dishwasher and looking under there with a flashlite while it/water is running? Also you dont need to take all the dwall out in basement, just cut a 10x10" hole near ceiling to see if you can see anything, easier to fix if there is no problem there.
  9. :080402gudl_prv:Hope all goes well Earl, will keep you in our thoughts! Craig
  10. I got an email from AMEX this morning it was a fraud alert about unusual activity on my card? There was a case # and a 800# to call, so I did, I get this gentleman from India I would guess and the first thing he wants is my acct# and SS # I politely explain that I am not going to give that info to an 800# on an email, so he spells his name for me and insists he is with AMEX fraud div. I explain that I am not impressed and offer the case # for him to check, he explains that will not work, so I hang up. I find a statement with the cust serv # and give them a call, he knows the # I am calling from and only needs the last 5 digits from my card, turns out someone is using my card online and they are going to cancel it and issue a new one. Poor guy in India was innocent:doh: They ought to have a verifiyable email, like they have secure sites. Guess you cant be too careful anymore? Craig
