  1. Here's the sound that I would want. http://www.funny-funny-pictures.com/insanity/
  2. That is a good part number. I ordered mine from boats.net. Search works GREAT. I'll say it again, you just have to use the google option in the drop down menu and check the "venturerider.org" button.

  4. Or you can change to the bar ends that KuryAkyn makes specifically for their grips.
  5. You are making it much more difficult than it is. The liner is not stuck down. It is just laying in the bottom of the trunk. You lift it out, remove 4 screws, slide the trunk back until it matches up with the other set of holes, put the screws back in. There is honestly nothing to it.
  6. That's really a cool little trailer but I didn't see a price. I also looked at some of their other trailers. They make some nice stuff.
  7. Do you even need a program? I know that all the cameras come with various software but I never use it. I just plug the camera into my computer and it shows up as an external hard drive. I just copy the pictures and paste them into a folder on my hard drive. I seldom care for the software that they come with and don't even have any of it installed.
  8. The fact is, they can't be renewed at this time. I posted recently that I was having some problems with ads getting marked sold for no apparent reason. For that reason, the classifieds have been moved to the forum and I have asked that everybody move their ads here. I have created an entire new section just for that purpose. One note though. The disadvantage of moving them to the forum is that there will no longer be an option to renew an ad. That feature is just not possible to implement at this time. It will be up to the sellers to re-post their ads once they expire. Expiration is set at 60 days except for our member vendors who have multiple items. In the near future, I will be completely removing the old classified section. I am just giving people time to post their items in the new forum area.
  9. Yes, any of the above will work or even just a couple wraps of electrical tape.
  10. Great pictures. Sure makes me want to get back up there someday. Looks like you had a great time as usual.
  11. OK....I think I can do something like that. Actually...I think I just did it. You will now see a small globe by the location. Just click on it.
  12. Prayers are certainly on the way. I've been busy at a trade show in Long Beach, CA all day and just got back to my hotel and saw this news. It truly breaks my heart. Ponch is absolutely one of the finest person that I know. He is always the first to offer help and lend a hand to anybody who may need it. I will be praying for him constantly and sure want to know if there is anything else that we can do.
  13. I seriously doubt that running the hotter plug would hurt anything and I have done so in the past on older engines with a lot of miles. Especially if they were using a bit of oil and/or fouling the original plugs. Still though, I would feel better sticking with the correct plugs. Rocket is riding an '83 and we are talking about a '99 here. Probably makes no difference but still not the exact same thing.
  14. They will be hotter plugs. The lower number is hotter. I don't know but I just don't think I would use them.
  15. Hopefully somebody else will jump in here to verify but as far as I know, the GMRS radios will communicate ONLY with others who are using the GMRS radios. I don't think they will communicate with a CB on any channel.
  16. Yea, they really are easy to make. I have changed mine out to raise the rear of the bike but I think I want to hold on to the originals just in case I someday sell it and the new owner wants to put it back to stock.
  17. Then I apparently don't understand your question. Not sure what you are talking about.
  18. I agree. You should be very proud of that young lady and please let her know that we are all appreciative of her service. I hope that the two of you have a wonderful time this weekend.
  19. Sorry, wish I could offer some guidance but that is a job that I have never done.
  20. I work for a company that manufacturers sign letters and cast and acid etched plaques. So most of my time is spent meeting with sign companies and architects and some trade shows.
  21. Go to UserCP. Scroll down until you see "edit options" in the left menu. Then scroll down to "display options". In the drop down menu beside "thread display mode", change it to "Linear - oldest first". If I am misunderstanding what you want...if you want the newest posts to be at the top, change it to "Linear - Newest First".
  22. Well heck Bob...don't know why your name didn't come up at the bottom of the page unless you have birthday turned off in your profile but HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Hope you had a great one. Just looked and yep...you have elected to hide it in your profile. That didn't help...we all know now.
  23. Naw...doubt I'll even go. I can see the beach and the Queen Mary from the convention center but I'll be buried with business every day.
  24. Sorry about that folks but there was absolutely nothing that I could do. The entire data center in Dallas where our server is hosted had a power outage. The automatic transfer switch to standby power apparently ALSO failed. So it was a big mess. I got...uh...well lets just say a FEW emails that the site was down. I am actually in Long Beach, CA this week for a trade show and was busy setting up the booth all day today. Even if I could have gotten away from that though, there was nothing I could do. Again, sorry about the down time but sometimes things are just out of our control.
  25. Really sorry it happened Brad. I know you are disappointed that the new bike is a bit under the weather but it will be made like new again and the important thing is that you are here to tell about it. I'm glad that it wasn't worse.
