One of those deceiving situations where it looks dry enough, but ends up with a water hole under it all. Can't really blame the excavator operators for their problems, they went in to help, but how often do they experience a farmer's field,,, found out the hard way I'd say!

My thoughts exactly, but after my first comments, I thought maybe I should be a little quiet, so I won't say it,,,,, at least not now....... Nice ride, but my wife would be staying home,,,,, she wants 'security',,,, faring, bags etc.

Now I'm all confused, in my email it says MiCarl, and so I gets all upset and get over hear to set things straight, because I wouldn't want him to have to take blame for something I did,,, and then it says: Marcarl. I tell you, these computers are funny things, can't trust them no how.

Air leak is definitely not good, so should be fixed. Back firing is really a loud bang in the carbs, but what I think you mean is that you have an explosion in the exhaust, also commonly referred to as 'back fire', this is caused by too much fuel in the exhaust system, and so in effect you have an 'after burn' situation, very easily caused by too rich a mixture on the downswing, yep, can be caused by too large a pilot jet.

I think something that smell kind of natural would be the ticket, that way my wife can get used to it and not complain so much at other times,,,,,, think that would work,,,ummmm

Replace the filter, you could have a bad one, or installed backwards. Change the fuel lines, they will start to break down, especially if they have been dry for some time. This is in addition to the former post by bkuhr. -
Side play in the

What I think,,,, hey you asked what I think OK? You have only one rear wheel, if it gives up, or locks up? what happens? I think maybe you should be the judge of that. On the other hand, it may just wear and so get more play and start to make noise, steer you in the wrong direction and vibrate. You could take a chance on that happening slowly and that you might catch it before it wrecks anything else,, then again it might not. As I'm thinking about this,, is the play between the axle and the wheel or at the swing arm? Swing arm is not as bad as at the axle. Carl -
Real nice, thanks for sharing. Looks like you all had a great time in an awesome part of the country.

Now that you ask,,, I'm really not sure, I have a 4G in mine, but I checked the web site and the owners manual and it doesn't give limitations, so I may have this info from a former GPS and it just stuck with me,,, so it may take something larger. It is a Micro-Card though.

I got the Zumo 660 by mistake,,, don't ask, long story. I'm glad I did. It's: Waterproof MC compliant Reads fine in sunlight Works the way it should You can download routes planned on Map Source Has a SD card slot up to 4G Does back track so you can see your back route and make it a custom route. Names, addresses and phone numbers Blue tooth Lane assist,,, nice item You can put 4 different info displays on the screen, such as distance to travel, speed and whatever other info it tracks Comes with mount for car and MC and knows where it's mounted Keeps track of your fuel level and you only need to push a button once to find a fuel station when it shows up. Easy to unclip from mount,,, really easy and that's nice. It drops onto pavement and keeps working. Along with all that, it does what a GPS should do,, all the basics. What it doesn't have is an FM transmitter, so you need a patchcord for sound in the car,, the bike is hard wired.
