We left Ottawa yesterday, Sept 26, went through Renfrew and Bancroft. East of Bancroft the colours were great, but it started to green up pretty good west of Bancroft down through Beaverton and then is was dark. http://s512.photobucket.com/albums/t322/marcarl_photo/Sept%2026%202011/

I never have used a battery tender on anything yet, car, truck, lawnmower, or bike and and yet to have a problem,,,, now talking about the lawn mower, it's needs a new battery, this one is toast,, can't figure out why though, it was brand new in 2003.

weird clutch problem
Marcarl replied to mike042's topic in Venture and Venture Royale Tech Talk ('83 - '93)
Remove the master cover, remove all that brown liquid and any other dirt you might see or not see,,,, maybe use use some brake cleaner to flush the reservoir,,,,dry it all out, maybe use a little air,,,, pour in new clean fluid. Open up the bleeder screw at the bottom, attach a clear hose and put the other end in a bottle,,,, pump the handle until clear fluid comes out the bottom,,, half fill the reservoir and you should be good to go. -
Looks to me that there is just enough room to squeeze somebody in-between those two,,, bet I would almost fit.

I checked the Class and made sure it was all plugged in, and asked you about it before I put the trunk on,,,,, soo I would suppose that if it was undisturbed it should work just fine,,,, I would fix the dog's breakfast first,,,,, maybe we should have spent more time on all those wires,,, I don't seem to mind them so much,,,,, maybe I'll have to come back to help you out again,,,,. Just because the light comes on in the controller doesn't mean anything for the controller itself. There are 3 connections to the controller. Two single wires with spear connectors,, that's for the lights, and then there is a larger connector with about 6 wires in it,,, that runs the controller and feeds the important stuff in the back under the trunk. Two separate concerns altogether. -
There we go again,,,, and now he'll come up with more smart remarks seeing as he thinks he older and wiser. Enjoy the day bud,,, you only get one of these.

They had just ridden a good 5 mile run and were in need of a break,,,, they just didn't want to admit it and still had 5 miles to go to the next bar,,, so you provided a good excuse,,,,, Just to keep things in perspective though, a lot, if not most Harley riders waved at me this year,, maybe it's just my age and my looks.

Gonna be leaving Ottawa tomorrow, and end up in Orillia through Bancroft,,,, should be good I think,,,, too bad the scooter is still at home.

You can do as you please, but the response time might not be immediate. As for posting, go to forums, scroll down to restaurants where there is a line under the title that says something about posting,,, try clicking on that,, it might work,,, maybe good enough to post it three times.

If you don't call,,,, and they don't have the part,, you can get them to order it for you, and then got for another ride the next day,,,,, hopefully they didn't call to say it was back ordered, so that you can go to check again the next week,,, phone calls are expensive and take up a lot of time,,, so it's better to ride,,,,,,,,sheeesh, I thought you were on the bright side,,,,, been spending a lot of time with Swifty again?

Can we get an 'edit' button in the RESTAURANT forum. It would be helpful when if we should happen to make multiple posts, or if an establishment should go out of business or change their quality of food. Personally, I now have 3 posts for one place (took about 3 minutes for the post to process, and the post button continued to work) and 2 places that have lost their status of excellence, and one place has closed. So I need to EDIT.

Now that's what you call a throne,,,, the subjects can come to bow down right before you, while you're creating a stink. being able to keep it clean is a good sign,,, except for coffee stains and food left overs. Wasn't going to do any real work,,, but then it was there and needed doing, and Yvette did supply good coffee (white sugar) and great food so I was convinced.

Looks like you all had a great time,,, glad you got to enjoy
