It appears my wife and i will be attending this rally over the labor day weekend. It's put on by the Americade rally folks only it's much smaller. It's the first year for it and it's limited to 300 people. Also it's based in Burlington Vermont instead of Lake George NY. Anyone else going to this or thinking about it? If so we would like to get together and meet some of our fellow VentureRiders!-Jack

I have been running 25 in the rear and 3 in the front. I ride about 50/50 solo and two up. Don't try using a air compressor to add air, especially in the front. Get a Progressive or HD combination pump/gauge. They run about $39.

The cat can be knocked out. Also, the cat is only in one side so if you can find 2 pairs cheap you can just use the 2 without the cats.

I wish that was true but it's not. The New York Times is losing money. CNN and MSNBC, ABC and CBS are all tanking. Fox is kicking their butts. If it was about the money they would change to a more balanced reporting. They don't because it's all about the ideology, not money. I'll stop there before this turns into a political thread and gets shut down.

What kills me is I see these enclosed trailers running around with Harley Davidson enblazened on the back and sides. I guess that says it all.

They will stop production for at least a year before coming out with the new model. That gives the dealers a chance to clear out the current model. It also keeps people who bought the last of the old models feeling like they should have waited to buy and helps build interest in the media and public.

Passing Lamps

I'm having a hell of a time getting the driveshaft to mate up with the u joint splines. Is there a trick to it or do I just have to fumble around for hours?
