    Well folks I've been a busy boy these last few weeks building some projects just for the Hannigan trikers here. Those being : 1. A lift adapter so the trike can be used with a conventional ATV motorcycle jack. It's designed & used the same as my Standard & Freestanding lift adapter I sell for the 2 wheelers. The only difference is it's longer and has a 4 point lift support location on the adapter to pick these trikes up. My Sears red jack worked just fine for picking up Ragtop69gs / Jay & Jeanies trike. 2. An auxiliary gas tank system. It will be a complete bolt on system complete with everything needed in a kit form. The kit will consist of a 5.25 gallon tank, electric fuel pump w/ in-line filter, a fuel shut off solenoid, 30amp relay, in-line fuse holder & fuse, a custom made stainless steel switch mount and waterproof rocker switch, wiring harnesses with soldered connections & shrink tube terminals, hoses & clamps as required, a polished stainless steel flip top gas cap with stainless screws, and a full set of instructions with pictures for the install. The tank is made of 16 gauge steel & will be pressure tested as well as sealed using Caswell gas tank sealer. 3. A hitch assembly using heavy wall 1 1/4" tubing. Pics and more info to follow, Larry

    It's probably not needed. Run a few hundred to a thousand miles on it, then pull the spark plugs to see what they look like. I wouldn't do anything to the air intake either except put in a K&N filter. The bike gets plenty of air as is. If anything you could bump up the pilots one size to enrichen the bottom end a bit. Doing that will also help on those cold morning starts. That is how I have my carbs set up. That's my Larry

    I've installed the AudioVox cruise control on at least a half dozen bikes over the years. None on a 1st gen thou but see no reason you couldn't either as there's plenty of places under the fairings to mount the servo and controler. Larry

    Another thing to keep in mind is being sure what is being tied down is secured good. I have seen where bundled jackets have slipped and fell off of pillions and getting caught up in wheels. Larry

    Yep a very good buy for sure. Thou the shipping may seem a bit on the high side I'd bet it's about as fair as you'll get in todays world. The shipping companies are constantly adding more & more to their prices with those fuel surcharges. Each bag box is a pretty good size too which increases costs. Still the bottom line is you got oneheck of a deal. Larry

    Retirement is pretty much what the guys have said. You do need stuff to keep busy with, otherwise you'll go nuts. I keep busy enough with projects in the garage (mostly during winter) and try to have as much free time in summer to ride & travel when we want. Family activities keep us on the go too going to grand kids hockey and foot ball games. It's like was said earlier, I wonder how I ever found time to put in a 8 hr day of work and still get stuff done around home. For me I love this retirment thing as I can pretty much do what I want when I want. Ya no alarm clocks either unless I want to get up earlier. Larry
