Anyone have an extra? When I dropped my VR in the garage it went scurrying somewhere, oonly to be found when I purchase a replacement. So if you have one to sell, the other one will probably show up and I can pay it forward. -

My clutch cover has a crack that a previous owner attempted to repair with some sort of epoxy(?). The repair has now let go and the cover leaks.. I don't know of any method of permanent repair on this material, so I'm wondering if anyone has a cover they are wiling to sell. Or do I have to go to fleabay? This is the 1300 cc engine. PM me if you have one you would like to sell.

I'm needing the control knob for the Squelch Control on the CB. I think the Off/On volumn CB control knob is the same. If anyone has one to sell please PM me.

My brother has been having some health issues and it will be very long time, if ever, before he can ride again. He's asked me to sell his bike for him. It's an '06 Midnight Venture with about 9,000 miles on it. He has some awful obnoxious pipes on it which I am going to switch back to the stock ones. I plan to pick it up this weekend to get it cleaned up and ready to sell. When I do I'll post some photos in the classified section. What is a fair price to ask? It has passing lamps, saddlebag rails, handlebar rises and maybe a few other minor extras. The new tires have less than 2,000 miles on them and I don't recall if we put Avons or Dunlop E3's on it. Judging from what I found online I'm thinking $9,200 might be in the ballpark. Dennis

Have you ever used a machinist knife edge? I attached a picture. I ask because I recently found a set and I have never used one before. My dad has been a die maker since the early 70's and he has never seen one either. I will probably sell it, but the tech geek in me wants to know how it works first.

I changed the rear tire on my RSV and it was a pain to get lift it? I saw this adapter on ebay anyone out there have it? Or a blueprint to make one like it? I have been pondering selling my venture. My wife is back to the every once and a while employment and I have a couple bills that need caught up, my truck needs some work and I do not have the time to take care of it the way I should. I love the bike, but when it sits two weeks cause I do not have time to replace a burned out headlight bulb it makes me wonder. On the other hand I have gotten it to where it gets at least upper 30's for mpg, fixed the wobble, replaced the fuel pump (that is why it was getting hard to start) and done numerous other things to it. Nuw in all reality I do have a family to take care of, I love them more than the bike. So should I sell it? I am terrified that if I sell it it would end up in a parts dealers hands. Shaun

I haven't seen stores that sell the Silverstar ULTRA in single packs and was thinking of replacing my headlight. Current stock headlight is almost invisible at night with the passing lights on. Was wondering if anyone from the KW area bought the two pack and has a bulb to spare they'd like to sell. Don

I've had a breaker bar for many years now. It broke some time back, but nobody in my area sells Thorsen tool anymore. They have a lifetime guarantee but it does me no good if there is nobody to go to to get it replaced. Does anybody here know who sells them these days or who used to sell them? Even if I can find out who used to sell them they will usually give me their new brand as a replacement. For some reason I thought it was Farm & Fleet. Thanks, Bill

Well, I sold the '07 2 weeks ago. I always said I would keep the Venture over the Road Star but I knew the Venture would sell faster and for more $$. Why did I need to sell either one? I have no time to enjoy it because of a combination of added hours at work... and the time I do have my wife and I spend at the property that we bought last year, working on getting it ready for a home. (We spent ALLL day yesterday burning a brush pile in 95+ degree weather.) But, fear not! (or Fear a lot!) I'll have another in a year or so once we get settled in the new place. But, I may give in to temptation. I find myself scanning Search Tempest lately and almost called on a Millennium edition last week but I talked myself out of it. And I'll still be hanging around here just as always.

hello everyone since im on social security now and broke most of the time i thought i would invest in a business so i am now selling solar powerd dryers they are cheap and let me tell you work great. so if your interested just let me know i will need a little info from you the info i need is the distance between the trees you have to install this great item allso i sell it by the foot only you can get theses at any local place like wal-mart ..kmart. home depo but im takeing out the middle man as i can get this rope much cheaper:rotf:

I am sooooooooooooo excited!!!! I'll try and make this short....our oldest son bought a 2004 1100 V Star Classic about 5 years ago. I've always told him, if he ever wants to sell that bike that I wanted first crack at it......Well, I finally got my chance. He was at the dealers buying a new bike and I got the call! I had 5 minutes to make up my mind! I ride an 1100 Virago that I just love. I was worried I might not be able to handle the V Star with it being so much heavier....anyway...he brought it home to me Sunday and I put 65 miles on it. The hubby followed me the with Venture....and so far so good. It's going to take me a while to get used to the width of the bike, wider handlebars, floor boards and the braking, but I think I'll be able to do it!!! I will never sell my Virago because she has been the best bike I could have ever had, but I'm so tickled to get the VStar!! The only thing I want to add is a windshield. Called J & P cycle...shield was $157.00 but I about fell over that the quick disconnect mounting hardware was $147.00 in addition!!!! I didn't order it because I was in sticker shock. Anyone know where I can find it cheaper? I tried uploading a pix of it but I'm getting the message upload failed! Don't know what I'm doing wrong....Can anyone help me out?

So SOMEHOW....Honda ended up on the top of this dealerships signage, and Yamaha is at the bottom. But the fun part is that they sell HD alongside the metrics...and I have known the occasional uninformed biker who says that can't happen.
