A fellow Deputy, Police Advisor and co worker was killed Christmas Eve here in Kabul Afghanistan. Not only do we have our brave young soldiers out there in harms way, there are hundreds of US Police Officers embedded with these soldiers, training and mentoring the Afghans. These men and women are volunteers, they live and work with our US Military doing a job that is rarely recognized. Can't believe I have had only one inquire on my bike for sale, am I asking to much? Maybe not enough which leads people to think there is something wrong with it. I know its hard times but for a steal I just cant believe I'm getting no bites. If I was looking I would be all over it since 2 years older are the same price. Oh well :confused24: I'm sure not going to give it away,not that I am already. Joe

we had a hail storm go through here this afternoon. I could see once but twice, come on mother nature. Now my little PT cruiser looks like it has dimples. Oh well called progressive to make a claim. What can you do (nothing) except deal with it. At least bike was in the garage at my GF house. Joe

I parked my bike at work today and when I got back my bike was all spotted up. It look like the sprinkler system came on and watered my bike along with the grass. I now have what looks to be hard water spots all over my bike. I got home and tried to clean them off with some quick shine stuff but not working very well. Question what would be the best way to remove all these spots? Wash bike with soap and water then dry and use chrome polish and wax to detail it? Any suggestion's? Joe

So, I get to work today and the boss say's the assistant principal called and said we have a spider in the 200's hallway. Oh yeah, I work facilities maintenance at a girls Catholic High School. The boss and my co-worker Joe go to investigate, they round the corner and there's several girls screaming and pointing , as they get nearer the girls say it's next to the pew! Joe see's the TARANTULA ! screams like a girl and runs the other way so my boss gets a box and a broom and scoops it up. I get to work at 4pm and the boss pulls the box with the spider out expecting me to back off, but I got him, I opened the box picked up the death bug thrusting it towards him as he fell over his chair trying to get away :rotfl: is what I did I had several tarantula's as pet's years ago, they don't bother me So how was your day at work?

Do we have any storage shed builder's out here on this site kinda close in the area? I need a 6 or 7X12 shed with a 5 foot opening door on the 6 foot side and a floor inside. I am willing to buy the material and pay for labor for someone who might need extra money and give me a reasonable price. I am in a small trailer park and not a lot of room. Thanks Joe

Anybody see Judge Joe Brown today, it was a case about a guy who bought a 1st gen that needed more work than the guy was prepared for, but Judge Joe Brown told the guy he should have saved a few more bucks and bought a real bike like the Harley his wife originally wanted. He was hatin on it for awhile. They showed lots of pictures and the Yamaha name in big letters. It was a good lookin silver bike that looked loaded, probably see it listed pretty quick after that aired.
