I had one two days ago. Riding up to a red light that was green for me. Old blue hair in a Caddy sitting at the light, red to her. She was sitting at the red light. She blows the red light right in front of me. I am just far enough away I miss her. I do not think she ever even saw me. My birthday is Monday. I will be 55. I have ridden bikes since I was 10. I sometimes wonder if it is worth the risk.

Never been in the military, retired cop. But I have to agree with you that Marines are not the type to back off or leave a comrade. They will stick to the bloody end. Some of the people I worked with were Marines and they were the ones you trusted. Not that all non military personnel were not just as big hard asses. Marines do seem to have that honed edge though. Thank you for your service. I was a cop and I will die a cop. I know what you mean when it never leaves you. MoS

I am a proud member of the Ohio PGR. -
I joined another site after buying the RSTD. Then I found this in a search engine. More bike talk, less political talk. Best site I have found yet. Keep up the good work.

Galapagos replied to kyle's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
I have not purchased a manual yet for my 2006 RSTD. I have a fair amount of mechanical ability. Is it that tough to do? http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w109/chromeandleather/smwrench.jpg -
I love riding in WV. We follow the river from Ohio and cross into WV bedore Marrieta. Then we follow WV16 down to Grantsville. She has folks down there. The two day is just under 800 miles.

Can I ask for a few prayers?

I have you covered brother. Good luck to you. -
Any bluegrass fans here? My favorite is Railroad Earth. The Fabulous Stringdusters are pretty good too. I am an old Hendrix/Zeppelin era guy but still like country and Jazz. I have really gotten a taste for Bluegrass the last few years.

Nice to see another Howling Wolf fan. Ever listen to the Mississippi Shieks?

I am enjoying the vasectomy I got at 22 years old. As you can tell I decided early in life that kids were not in my future. It was a decision I have never regretted. My wife at the time and I were DINKS. Double income, no kids. That said, I hope all of you fathers had a great day. Kids are great as long as they go home after an hour.

Drilling Stock Mufflers
Galapagos replied to Whitlow's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
My pipes are drilled this way also. I would like to make them louder. Hey If I cut the center pipe and moved it to the side would I run into an issue with running the bike too lean? I dont have the cash right now to buy $500 slipons or rejet the carb at the dealer. I would like some more growl the cheap mans way if possible. -
You need to Bee more careful!
