  2. If both driver and rider are on the large size, there isn't enough space between the two of you to fit a postage stamp. Not any space to install a drivers back rest. And Rockin Robin didn't much like playing the part. Much more room on the RSV.
  3. please pass the popcorn. oh, and another beer please. This is getting good.
  4. Good to see your back on two wheels.
  5. I've said it before and I'll say it again. Yamaha allready has the next full touring bagger. It is the stratoliner deluxe. all they have to do is add the trunk and some other goodies, like intercom, cb and gps. Maybe abs brakes, heated seats, and grips etc.etc. I hope I'm wrong and they do come out with a new RSV. But it won't happen in this economy.
  6. Its a.... dare I say it....SPYDER!
  7. Just posted additional info for this ride on the events calander. You will find the complete itinerary there. If your looking for a nice place to ride in august, come join us.
  8. It just don't make sense. Everytime Robin and I jump on the trike to make a quick run to the store, It always takes a tank of gas and a couple hours:think:....yet the store is only 12 miles from home:confused24:
  9. Lets just say, Don felt like a pretzel after 45 minutes driving that thing.
  10. Hannigan and tri-wing are the only trike convertions available for the venture. Unless you find a motortrike convertion allready done. the last year motortrike did the venture was in 2002.
  11. QUOTE=jvbailey3;703482]Thanks,:cool10: that seemed to get the problem resolved. Do you think I should give it a shot of SeaFoam next time I go to start it up? Joe How old is the gas in it now? IF its old, drain it, fill with fresh gas and a good dose of sea foam. see if you can find gas in your area with out ethenyol in it.
  12. Don't tell anyone, but the boss tested one at Pioneer during the rally. He seemed to like it. So did everyone else that test rode it.
  13. Stuck carb floats. Shut off the petcock, start it up and let it run out of gas. tap on the float bowls with a screwdriver open petcock see if it stops leaking.
  14. I have taken this trike out for a test drive back when we were looking for a trike. It rides nice and is well maintained. It was high on our list. Its about 50 mile from me. We have seen it at several local rides and rallys.
  15. How far away is the house on the rock? That would be a cool place to go for a day ride.
  16. I got it. Picked it up when we came over to pick up the shower.
  17. If you do this, you need to start NOW! Get your commity together, put together a basic plan and run with it. Ask those who have gone before you for tips and ideas. Good luck.
  18. Robin and I were having breakfast this morning in Arcade ny and to our surprise Jonesy and Linda walked in. So after breakfast we hooked up with them for our ride home. Had a little rain, but made it home ok. Jonsey and Linda are still on the road.

  20. Rockin Robin and I also injoyed the shower.
  21. How about Wisconsin? Its central to most everyone. There are some great members up there that allready hold annual events. The Temps are usually lower up that way then the rest of the country.
