  1. You say your not very good and you want to add 6 strings..:rotf: Wife watches it all the time. If I don't get her home in time to watch it I have to run in the house first and hide the knifes and guns
  2. You got antifreeze in it ? Should be antifreeze coming out and you should have to put some back in. Should also smell like antifreeze if its a blown head gasket
  3. Thanks. I have a friend about the same age with the same problem. I'm going to give him the info. He has the same problem with "TOO much background noise" to use hearing aids.
  4. Love those LEDs. I started puttin them on in 1999. More than once I have had people stop from pullin out in front of me because the LED's drew their attention to something they would have said " I didn't see him" You can never have too many lights on a bike. Just ask ECK. I got 65 leds but he's at 120 something I think. Shuttle tracks him from time to time..
  5. If everything is turned off and your still getting a lot of noise then you have a bad amplifier . Which is still under warranty.
  6. That would be DiamonR. Look in the Vendors section. http://www.diamondraccessories.com/indexpage.php OH yea, Welcome to the site
  7. But you gave me an idea I may run with here. Similar to conference phones that cutout background noise and you only hear the voices. Should be a small circuit. Just have to develop it now...
  8. It simply mutes the mics when not in use. When you hit the button and turn the mic back on it will still pick up ALL sound. Even the sound of the wind at 80 mph. I'll try some tests over the next few weeks and try to come up with some kind of filter. Basically what everybody would like to have ( including me) is to only hear voices in the intercom and not the background noise being amplified by the system like it is now.
  9. Hey Steven, Just keep posting and somebody will want to meet at Dairy Queen. That's the way great friendships are started. Made a bunch of friends here.
  10. You better be careful, You know how you are with the pond...... :rotf:
  11. :rotf::rotf: Me too, And Thunderbird...:rotf:
  12. It appears you passed and can spell 4 letter words..."test"
  13. This is GOOD news Gary, Now let the chroming begin.
  14. Found My bike leaking AF at night during cold weather. Also had a slight oder when riding I could not locate. Finally found it. There is a small rubber seal behind the false heads. It seems to seep during cold weather. I seem to remember seeing it here on the site before. Don't remember what they did . I took and put 3 layers of duct tape on the button that pushes the seal in and it seems to have solved the problem.
  15. Had an 01 Nomad FI. Sold it for my 05 Venture. All I can say is this Venture is WAY BETTER. First it will leave the Nomad sittin in the dust as far as speed. Love the trunk/ cruise control/radio and all the stuff your not going to get on the Nomad.
  16. Mine picks up background noise. I think the only way around your problem is with some type of noise canceling device/filter.
  17. I got one when he first started making them. They are great. Get the feet with it.
  18. The secrets ...... Yea, Right This is the light. http://signaldynamics.com/products/LightBars/15ultra.asp
  19. Well, I looked kinda funny after putting the make up on....:rotf: But I have done all of them ..
  20. Yep, Good company. Mine had the battery or the charger die. Called them and they sent me a whole new unit. They'll probably send you a new one and it will have the latest maps on it. Did you take your Card out yet ?
  21. I use a Netgear WNR834B . It works well. I would NOT recommend Linksys to anybody. We have had several of their routers and switches just quit on us. Cisco is the way to go for reliability but that unit will run over 800 dollars.
  22. Don't it hurt when you pull that tape off your face ?
  23. The adjustment must be on the rear wheel if you can't find it on the front.
  24. Wish I could afford one of these. http://www.n2amotors.com/cars-789.html#
