I have the last Tag a Long to be had in my area on old at my local HF. They told me it would be at least 2 weeks until the title comes in. I'm surprised because I figured a bill of sale would be what I needed to register it as a "home built" trailer. I also ordered a set of the LED light upgrade. Now for a hitch and wiring and I'll be in good to go! These have apparently been discontinued.

Looking for pics and suggestions on loading my 2nd gen. My tent ( Catoma Solo Rider, I'll post a review after my trip) and sleeping pad are wider than the trunk rack and seem to push the antennas out, prohibiting their movement. I don't want to snap them going down the road. I will be traveling one up and plan to use the pillion seat for the tent, pad and a small cooler. Does anyone have pics of their Ventures loaded for long trips / camping? Suggestions on bungee cords, tie downs or attachment points would be appreciated. I searched but didnt come up with much. Any pics, help or suggestions would be appreciated!! Thanks and stay safe! csogbk

Someone hit the nail on the head, our police HD's are 3.5" shorter than my RSV. The courses are measured for the HD common police bikes. When I went to motor school and saw the cones I snickered to myself and said there is no WAY I'm gonna manuever through those!! Two days later, I was! Its all in keeping your head and eyes up, turning your head to the maximum extent, not being afraid of dropping the bike ( hey, it wasn't MINE LOL), back brake with some power and friction zone. With a modified course the RSV would easily make that course!!

I love mine!

I like the looks of it! I purchased a shorty windshield and it was perfect for town but on the highway the wind and noise would beat me to death. Took it off after a day. I may actually give this a try as DC area summers are HOT and MUGGY! I say go for it if it will help the site in general!!

No idea who makes em but I'm in for at least one if an order is done!

I picked up a bottle of Sea Foam at Wally World. It says auto and marine, gas and diesel. Is the right stuff? It's a 20oz metal "bottle" do I use a full half or should I use less on my 09 RSV? Thanks everyone!

Can anyone recomend a magnetic mount tank bag for my 09 RSV? I need it to hold my phone, wallet, glasses and small odds and ends. If you've used one with sucess I'd appreciate pictures! Thanks!
