  4. OK Here's the WNY crowd. Left to right, front row Taters, Biker Becky, Bongo Bob, Mamachelle (Rickster's wife), Rickster, Amy (MC Tom's significant other), and Bull. 2nd row Big Tom, Buffalo Bodner, Jim (Adventurer), Spanky M, Motorcycle Tom, and Joe Neamon. The other picture is Yammer Dan snifing the passenger seat of someone's 2nd gen... (You though you were safe, Dan!)
  5. We lost a fairly expensive plate that was on display on our kitchen windowsill. My co owrker felt it in her chair but I was standing on a rubber mat and didn't feel a thing...
  6. This is a common problem with 2nd gens, the real issue is the conectors inside the fairing need to be cleaned and reseated and hit up with dielectric grease. Change dealers...
  7. Could be your ignition switch, but it could also be your battery is going south. Also a possibility of a bad ground cable or conection on the battery cable, especially where it goes to ground...
  8. I'm thinking pass on this one. Obviously neglected. You will end up spending a lot of money to get it in good running condition...
  9. Of course Becky and I had a shot in your honor!!!
  10. Uhhhhh, feed him to the pond monsters??? Oh, wait, he IS one of them...
  11. Hmmm, someone from our group had the same thing happen to them on the expressway...
  12. Uhhhh, I know of someone else's bike that went over in the parking lot at the hotel, but I'm not tellin who! No, not mine...

  16. The pile has a bunch of MK1 saddlebag crash bars, MK2 trunk racks, a cracked saddlebag for MK2, couple damaged lids for mk2 saddlebags, and a few misc damaged plastic parts. I'll PM you later about your needs...
  17. Geee, as a matter of fact, Ian was one of them I forgot his name but know very well from several other times!!! Fun getting old, eh!!!
  18. I did that once on my '58 Chevy! Did the brakes but forgot to torque down one of the front tires! Same symptoms, but was on the interstate, and managed to limp off the exit ramp where the last one broke just as I got into a parking lot!! Learned a very valuable lesson that day!! Glad you are OK Dan!!!
  19. Left the Comfort Inn around 10:00 with Joe Neasmon and Motorcycle Tom & Amy. Didn't get too far before e had to stop to fix Joe's trailer, one of his rear lights was ready to fall off the trailer. We figured out why he also had problems with losing the bolt on his shifter coming down as well! The trailer he bought wsas used on a Harley and it caught the bug! Any way, it was a very enjoyable ride! Comfort stop past Cleveland, and lunch at the cracker barrel in Erie. Stiopped in Ellicottville for coffee and finally home! Great time, met some new peiople, remembered most of the people I already know! Dingy, we forgot the sub frame pieces but we will get them some time! Only got rid of half the free parts I brought, and resisted the urge to feed them to the pond monsters. There's a big pile out at the curb for the garbage man in the AM! Took a nap first thing when I got home. Managed to get the most of the bugs of the scoot. Gonna have a drink and go to bed...
