Yes, the Carbon1 is speciffically for the 2nd gen. You don't need an adapter for 1st gens. I have had no problems ever lifting on the 1st gen using my Craftsman jack.

Checked into a Holiday Inn Express WauseonOhio just past Toledo. Kinda pricy but nice. We are off the Ohio Turnpike, with about 3 hrs max riding time tomorrow. See ya at the Airport Inn tomottow!!

Now that's a pretty decent mod, Randy! Myself I used a set of Squidley mounts only mounted them different than designed. I agree, why use expensive motorcycle passing lamps when Wally World lamps work just as good for a lot less bucks!!
