I've got between 4 & 5 K so far this year, got a case of CRS when it comes to my oil chan ge before last.

We are staying at the Polynesian on 10th & S. Ocean BLVD. We are traveling down with a couple of friends that I usually ride with here at home. I am not a big pancake fan, but my wife loves pancakes so I guess that is what really matters (all I really need is coffee).

We had a tornado hit about 15 miles south of us, but here in Varina we just had a lot of rain. There were about 20 minor injuries, but nothing serious.

www.motorcycleproshop.com has about the best prices you can find on the EBC brake pads. I just ordered my new front tire from them and I received it in 2 days. So far they havehad good service.

Gary, what tips did you use for the bubs? Mine are flaking bad and I would to add the fishtails. Anything special for mounting and how much did they cost.

OK, I just sent Hal an e-mail and have paypal'd him the money for 2 4 day registrations. I have been planing on attending, but have been waiting to pay (things have been a little tight lately). By registering now does that count as pre-registering to get the t-shirt included? If so, I probably will not order anymore. I also just built a trailer for the trip, so I probably will not buy a raffle ticket for that. I hope you get the responses that you are looking for, my son and I have been looking forward to this for several months now and will be disappointed if it gets cancelled.

I just ordered mine new front avon from this place for $110 shipped http://www.motorcycleproshop.com/acc/ebc.asp They also have abouth the best price for brake pads. I ordered my tire online on Tues evening, and had my tire on Thurs, talk about quick turnaround.

I have been trying to install the Modulite trailer lighting module tonight and am having a problem. I have followed the instructions in the tech area and am sure that I have all the wires correct. Problem is when I connect the last wire..........brown (tail) from the modultie to the blue on the bikes harness.................... not only do i not get lights on the trailer, I also loose my light bars. Any thoughts on what might be causing this??????????? I would really like to finish this tonight and put the bike back together. -
I called them several weeks ago as well as the Guest Inn and Sherwood motel ( I'm cheap too). They were all friendly and sound like they have nice rooms. They also said it would not be a problem to have a 1st floor room that we could park the bikes outside of. I am thinking that I would probaly like to split a room to cut costs also, but my 8 year old son will be traveling with me so I have been kind of debating whether or not to try to share a room.

Now that I have your attention:whistling:................ I didn't really get a new bike:whistling:, but I put the smaller size Avon tire on the front and it feels like a new bike:clap2:. Many thanks to member BREAKING PARTS for meeting me on a Sunday morning and mounting my new tire for me. Today is the 1st time that I have had a chance to play with the new tire in a parking lot (lots of rain here in VA the last couple of days) and all I can say is WOW, what a difference this tire makes. I didn't have long to play, but I was almost scraping floorboards in figure 8's and u-turns. With a little practice, I should be scraping floorboards soon. I was thinking of lowering the front end of the bike, but no longer think that will be necessary. I have read all about this smaller tire and had high expectations for the improved handling and those expectations have been met and exceeded.

I just had mine put on today, but haven't really had a chance to test it out good yet. We have had rain all day and I went to fredericksburg to see Breakingparts to have it put on early this morning. I'll say it did handled well on the interstae in the rain, but I am excited to experience the slow speed handling improvements.

I use the kruzer caddy up holder and an OXO push button top mug for coffee. RIDERDUKE turned me onto the OXO cup, it is great......it will not splash coffee all over you or the tank. You can get them at bed,bath, and beyond or walmart or even lowes.
