    i have been toying with the idea, of attaching/press fitting, a starter ring, around the perimeter of the rear brake disk. mounting a starter in one of the saddle boxes, and using a completely separate battery, just for reverse.haven't looked real hard for a compatible starter ring, but if one can't be found, my next door neighbor, is a machinist with a complete machine shop right behind his house.shouldn't be too hard, to index a mating tooth pattern. just jt

    channel 29! all else is b.s.! cb's work great for ride captains/ tail gunners. i don't use mine ,but it is nice to know that i have the "option", of asking a truck driver, for directions or ask for assistance! just jt

    went from 74* to 52* in about 12 minutes, here , last evening. lots of noise, and terrific "light show", only about 1/2 " of rain. beautiful day here today! supposed to get up to 78*, by noon. might even get some mowing done today! - - - - - naw, can't see that happening! lol just jt

    drilled R/K's, are "harley road king" mufflers, that have had some or all of the baffles drilled out of them, to make them more noticeable/audible. just jt

    a small claims court "judgment" and $3.00 cash, will get you a cup of coffee, at almost any coffee shop in the U.S.A.. in other words, a judgment, is worthless! jmho. just jt

    i am not an authority on tires, but it seems to me, that any "beads" that are run on the "inside" would cause abnormal , wear on the inside, thus causing the tire to wear from the inside , and outside! just jt

    k&l 's web page prices them at $85.00, each,(after market) plus a "set up fee", of $80.00 for each order.to that you add $$$ shipping and handling. i like the "clovis , new mexico", prices a LOT better. just jt
