    you have had better luck , with interstate, than i have. i am lucky , to get 1 year, out of their junk! never again, will i buy anything, that interstate sells. next batt. will be an odyssey just jt.

    my thoughts! two very respectable , riders, looking for a "common ground". i read a lot "between the lines", and have come to the conclusion, that both don, and fjr rider, are "standup " guys, with varying opinions. that is good. a difference of opinion, is what makes a good horse race. my hat is off, to both of you, for searching for a way to be at least "amicable". i haven't been to the venturer's site, because, i haven't felt a need.if i have a question, that can't be answered here, i will look elsewhere. i might have "jumped in front of KIT'S bus, "here, but i have been run over , before. just jt

    i am ashamed of myself, for "chasing the almighty dollar", and not taking a day off, to go and survey the damages. the job, that i do, is one that everyone else, depends on. if i take a day off, they all have to go home. any how, j.b. is gonna post pics, "YESTERDAY"!!!!!!!     ok , folks, after "chewing" on this , for a couple of days, i have decided, the "vro", part ain't a good idea! as far as the "paypal", idea. i don't have a clue, about how it works, or even if banks will honor, such a transaction. i apologize, for my ignorance.i never did get into the "plastic payment" thing! i will contact ron, and see if there are options. just jt

    while we are all discussing rear tires, i have a question. has anyone experienced a blow out, on a trike kit? if so, what were the "handling" aspects? how about a "voyager kit? it would seem to me , that a blown tire on a trike, would send you into an immediate "spin", whereas a blown tire on a voyager kit, would allow you to lean one way or the other, and help maintain control! any ideas on either? just jt

    since the south texas pgr ride capt, already made this public info. i guess it can't hurt to explain here, what has happened. my brother Ron,(rattlesnake), lost all of his worldly possessions, Tuesday night/wed morning, in a house fire.he and all his family, are safe and sound, thanks to the most generous, and caring townspeople in the world. the power company's wiring, coming into the house, shorted out and started the fire. firemen /neighbors, were on the scene, within 10 minutes, but couldn't put any water on the house, because of the live wires jumping and popping. ONE HOUR after the first of THREE phone calls, a serviceman, finally arrived and killed the power at the transformer. by then, it was too late. fifteen water hoses, couldn't save the house. like i already said, he has NO urgent needs, at this time, however a prayer or two might be useful, if you have any to spare. thanks for listening. just jt p.s. i forgot to mention , all his vehicles and bikes were move to a safe distance, thanks to ron's riding buddy raul! jt.

    ron, that 's exactly what i told brad, a few minutes ago! they are both in good spirits, and thankful for all the "IMMEDIATE" support being offered here.in brad's words! "we'll deal with the bike tomorrow", just glad we are both in one piece! just jt
