    Waz in Ashville coming out of VA. Stop to eat and the dash went blank several time the engine sputtered then all ok..a few mins later did it again?? Drove back to Spartanburg, SC. waz ok Kinda left me a little concerned..got any Id???

    We just got back from Pigeon Forge from Spartanburg, pulled a trailer and it waz great. tied it up at nite left it at the hotel and we went a ridin.. didn't lose much in mileage. But we were able to pack all she wanted..And I carried my shorts with me.....Had a Ball.

    We live in Boiling Springs South Carolina, Ride a 06 RSTD Pearl White 84k Darksider and we pull a trailer. We are going to Peigon Forge in the AM (13 Jun) if any of yall are heading that way or want to stop by and say hey giv us a hollar.     Got an HF Flat Trailor 48x42 put a Sears CarTop on it, Spots SV 20. Fits the frame great Pulls good till about 57-60 mph. (empty) and starts to sway side to side.do you think it wood pull better it it had weight on it..re-packed the bearings an put LED lights..will send pic soon as I figure out how to load them?????

    Well all of you were right, I humble myself, The oil waz to full. I drained it out and refilled,an it runs better,cleaned it up and now that Pearl White shines..... Thank ya'll for all the Help.

    I agree with ya'll. BUT its not drippin just a film. Only on the L/rear side of the box an the top of the L/rear carb..mabe a blow-by or something??? have 86 k Dark-side pull a trailer and 2 up , it's driven every day to and from work 10 miles (no snow or rain) keep in a carport. washed often,Just can't think where it could be coming from..Got it apart, all looks good just a wet film on the ASI box an carb???? Talk to me...Help

    HELP!!!! you dont know how luckly we are to 1st ride a RSTD and to have a site like this, with people who will help you with yr situations. (well almost anything). I have a 06 RSTD 82k the AIS has oil leaking from around the the AIS Box?? Help????? what can I do to fix the situation. I have never removed it . But need to be cleaned and stop the oil. thanks,,

    RSTD 06 87k while changing plugs i notice oil around the air collector on the left side?? Its not drippin or running but the sponge that separates the two was wet. didnt take apart due to time cane anyone give sum advice..Oil level is good, I use AMSOIL. 20/50 It runs good no smoke .How does it get there???

    I have 87k on a 06 RSTD, I do a lot of riding.. Also I pull a trailer and ride double. I am having some high speed slipping of the clutch, but it still pulls well. Should I change or not.. If so should I go with OMG or upgrade?? Also should I order the Disk and spring as a set or separate. Aint this fun. I think this is one ov the best sites for these bikes for information and to learn a few tips .

    i have a 06 RSTD and when i hit a small curve that lifts up the bike I get a knocking in the tree area??? would like some advice.. been going on for several weeks..I have 86k on it now..what to do repac bearings or what?? thanks Ron Jolly RET U S Army Inf

    The Logo on the side of our tanks (RSTD 06),well mine flew off wed coming back from Pigeon Forge on 26. It had been lose thought I had it fixed...I Turned around and found two pieice but were non-repairable,,Does any one have an extra????or will I need to go with OEM????     I have an 2006 RSTD Pearl White 48k "DarkSider" and lov it. But I keep reading about 1st an 2nd Gen on the Bikes?? Where does it start and stop? What is the Different??? Soon as I get a good Camara I will send sum pic's.

    Looks God has blessed this young man with a family who loved him. And still misses him in this life..life is short for all of us ..its how u live it..he had two wounderful children, that will always remember their daddy..its rough now ,,but lov and family will be there to lean on..our prayery and thoughts are with your family...you were blessed to have him,,look at the life he gave...
