    I have had cage radiators rodded out, or if rotten, re-cored. They should be able to do the same with yours. or... You could take it off, and clean it real well where the spot is, and solder or braze the hole yourself...done that too. Aluma-seal would probably take care of it, but I would probably be leary of putting it in a bike radiator. Good luck!!

    Any wheelies? lol Good for you! Poor Don, now he's gonna hafta find something else to ride...lol Wish I knew you were gonna be out. We rode all over creation today. Started out in Paris, and rode all over Benton, Houston and Stewart counties today. About 6 hours worth.

    Sounds like either a stuck or burnt valve. That cylinder could have leaned out and burned the valve. If it's burnt, it won't seal, as it has a hole in the edge of the seat. You can put air to the cylinder, and see if you get air out the intake or exhaust. Make sure you are on TDC, with the valves fully seated. EDIT: Oops, Dano said basically the same thing.

    Are you a good welder? If so, you could tack something to it real quick, then back it out. Cover everything else up first tho...and unhook the battery.

    I hope they can get it cleared up pretty quick. Infections are pretty common with this type of surgery, although I don't know why. He is in our thoughts here.

    Turn the knob on the left. Weird problem. Only thing I can think of, is speaker connector may have gotten loose, or come unplugged. Do you have a headset you can plug in, to see if that works?

    Truck stop or CB shop should have what you need.

    Take a pic of the pipes and post them here. Seeing them might help identify them. I have Road King pipes on mine, and no jetting was necessary.

    The reason I asked for a pic, is I stopped in up at Pitbull today, and they had two of these hanging on the wall for $100 each. They sell a lot of good, used parts. I know some people here like to do some modifying and such, so I snapped a pic of one. I am sure I could get them cheaper if someone was interested.
