  1. Tunein radio, iheart radio,Pandora, Netflix, Siriusxm and Google listen for the podcasts of some of my favorites. Not much for games anymore. But when I'm waiting for a customer to open I can watch 30 Rock or Family guy or something like that and it helps the time fly.
  2. I drive truck in Chicago daily. I can tell you if you aren't downtown by 5am you're in trouble. I would leave at 3 from Milwaukee area. Get through the city and stop for breakfast when you get to the other side. I've seen to many motorcycle crashes in heavy traffic in Chicago. Good Luck!!
  3. I've been on my cpap for 7 weeks now. First 5 sucked, now it feels strange without it. I used to toss and turn all night. Thought it was an uncomfortable bed. Now I wake up 4 or 5 hours later in same position. As for feeling better it's been a slow process. I'm more alert and don't feel that "brain fog" anymore. Memory is much improved. Depression symptoms are getting better. The key is a comfortable mask i believe. If you're still tired in 6 weeks or feel you wake up to much the problem may be to low of pressure. You would still be waking up to breath because machine isn't doing the job. Contact your pulmonologist in that case. Stick with it, it'll get better as your exhausted body gets some much needed rest! Besides it may save your life.
  4. I delivered there years ago. Basically at the time there was one guy (owner) working. They pretty much build from the ground up. No mass production parts. I think he had 3-4 bikes ( all Harleys) in various stages of build. His family may have been involved then too I just didn't see them. I know nothing about the machines except I was impressed with fit and finish. He literally spent an hour to hour and a half showing me things and shooting the breeze. I would guess he hasn't built many ventures. But from what I remember of our conversation I would expect quality. Hope this helps?
  5. It seems to me Squidley is right. This is an oppurtunity to make your bike better than a RSV. (No cassette!) This is a bike I've posted before, it belongs to my brother. He bought it from the dealer this way. I think this is a Hoppe fairing. In my opinion it's far more attractive than our bug eyed bikes. JMHO
  6. Simple for me, route 66. Always wanted to do this in a 65 mustang. But since that ain't looking very likely the venture would do. Stopping in all those towns and talking to the locals who were there when it was in full "swing". Americana if ever there was.
  7. Gotta love a roady. Someday I'll have another one... Great bike!
  8. Shorten the length and stick the tail out the back of the box. That'll get some double takes. Just trying to help! lol
  9. The bad ones would have pushed your bike down the road and made you keep theirs! Just kidding! I ride with alot of Harley guys.
  10. Ooops just missed! Bruce Pearl is a great coach and this will become a common thing for the Vols.
  11. Sorry badluck but those are stocker's. Do they seem different? Never looked to close maybe there's risers? I'll check tomorrow.
  12. Bought from the dealer that way. Team Winnebagoland in Oshkosh, Wi. Good people there, they ain't gonna give anything away for free though. lol They figured out that people will pay for customized factory bikes. So they'll put a fairing on or send a Road Star out for custom paint. Aftermarket rims and exhaust and a ton of bling. I beleive he picked this bike up for 14900. I bought my 07 from them for 15900 in 08. They still have another 07 on the floor at that price. Like I said they don't give them away.
  13. Now that I've finally learned to attach pic's I thought I'd show you my other hobby. Her name is Grace and she's a 6 year old Belgian draft horse. I'm a big guy 6' 4" and 250 lbs so I never would have felt comfortable riding a smaller horse. She goes out for training in april and I can't wait to get her back. Horseback on sat. motorcycle on sunday. woohoo!
  14. I think I finally figured out how to share pic's! Maybe... This is my brother's tour deluxe with fairing. In my opinion it's better looking than my RSV front end. Please work!
  15. Hey Dan you are a truck driver! And you do have to deal with those things! Silly first gen. riders. lol:witch_brew:
