Can anyone tell me what the firing is and where number 2 and 3

ATF and power steering is 10W and so is most hydraulic oil. I prefer Dexron II or III the additives package is very good.

See you folks in Gettysburg its going to near perfect riding weather, did a lot of riding today its the first time this year I could feel the heat from the radiator and having my feet rousted

Curious; what cleaning chemicals are you using? It just may be what's doing it but pattern can be established if enough people post the info. -
Fuel injection has its pros & cons! With carburetors you have adjustments that need to be made from time to time and floats that get out whack now and then and re-jetting is easy and cheep, but with fuel injection its electronic controlled and injectors that can go bad or wear out with that should you need to ajust fuel you now need to spend $375 to $475 for a new after market control you can reprogram.

How would rate the 1300T to the Royal Star Tour Deluxe?. There is some talk that Yamaha may discontinue the 1100 V-Star and leave the 1300 & 950.

Should have taken her cell phone and looked to see if she was talking ot texting just then. We are seeing a lot more of this and all to many are getting away with because no one stops to think about it.

I don't know why people have a problem with putting a plug in a motorcycle tire and most are Bias-ply tires and if its home when you find it great just use some glue on the plug and forget about it.

I was talking to RTR on sunday about that and its still 4 more days things can change and with a little luck the weather may be better yet.

I don't know what he does for a living but some jobs were you have to drive all day or work off site away from the office, a day off is in order as you cannot function in a normal capacity.

:TEAL: Congrats on the new to you bike and We all can tell you the more you ride it the more you like it. As for tires most here are using Avon Venom's or Michelin Commander's also Dunlop Elite 3's that the top picks for these bikes. -
Anybody done a radical paint job on their 2nd Gen?

I have notice Dodge has brought back some of the paint colors used in the 1930's & 40's on their PT Cruisers. Now there an idea try looking at some of the paint colors and combo's used 50 or 60 years ago. -

Ever notice the manufactures seems to avoid the color green, there are a lot of very nice shades of green just ask any Irishman. -
I just got off the phone with bob and worked this out and its just an hour ride to gettsyburg from here and we talked about taking U.S. 15 from fredrick MD and agreed its a much longer ride that way. What to do what to do. Edit add: He said he riding back from another location from PA Fryday night so I will be giving him a wakeup call.

Not to high jack the thread but bump it to the top. I and RTR are going and we're coming from West Virginia North on Interstate 81 to Chambersburg and on to U.S. 30 Lincoln Way to Gettysburg so anyone coming I-81 want to meetup and ride in as a group chime up.

I guess E-2's would Ok if you do a lot of riding! they discontinued the E-2's and I don't know how old they are but take it from there.
