For the same reasons you stated we have had the same thing going on where I work, great company to work for, I have never ones had a word said to me about who i call, but I feel the same way as you do keep telling myself I guess they pay the bill so thats the way it is. Not so after several of us asked about it, the company now pays us the amount they paid for our phones which was about 40.00 and we can take over the existing number, the 40.00 would be exactly what it would cost me to get on the wives package and like you I had nothing to hide, it has been 10 years for me but I am going to make the switch as soon as I decide droid or Iphone

Well with past few winters having a foot snow and below 0 degree temps before Thanksgiving this is a great bonus, even if we have to ride in 15 degree weather, I know I will be out Thanksgiving if the weatherman in the local paper is even close to his 55 degree prediction don't know if I will make time to eat Turkey, I will be taking advantage of the weather.

I agree, while there could or should be other upgrades, I would probably buy a new one the day it hit the show room floor, if it only had the fuel injection upgrade

Agreed that is a blue print rip off I ordered mine 2 weeks ago from Carbone One hoping to have it by this weekend ordered at like 9:45 AM at 1:02 PM I had a tracking number stand on its way 2-3 days later on my door step can't get better service than that today is the day I will be using it have wanted it for a long time here is the link for the with legs so you can move the jack out of the way while doing service work. 2nd Gen Carbon_One Freestanding Lift Adapter

There are differences of opinion on this issue. I've tried the Pioneers and the Polks. I still have the Polk speakers installed. I think that they are better than stock but unless your stock speakers are blown, not THAT much better. I decided long ago that we are just not going to get fantastic sound out of these little 4" speakers. I messed with it too long and even tried adding a small amp but nothing really made them sound great. I too liked listening to the stereo through the outside speakers but after buying the Edset headsets, I was finally pleased with the sound through the headsets and gave up on improving the external speaker system. I have to agree with Don, I just installed the Polk DB401 speakers and the difference is minimal, clarity seems a little better but not what I was hoping for, as Don said unless they are blown stay with the stock, John

Congratulations on the new bike. These are great bikes I never road with floor boards before I bought my 2008 S was weird to start but no way would I go back now. By the way there is a clock on it hold the botton beside the reset button for 5 second s and bingo, my front break has been noisy since it was new :confused24:Have fun John

Don't be too up set with the 2500 miles, mine were creaking at 600, I also drive an 08 RSV I did have the dealer do mine under warranty, had it done again when I had rear tire installed at 7500 miles, it has been trouble free since the first time I had it done. I now have 15000 miles on it, Good luck John

My wife also is 5'4" never had even been on a motorcycle when I bought my Venture and now wanted to learn to ride at 50 some years old, great bike she can handle it just fine but 1st gear is geared very high makes it harder for a beginner to learn I can tell you this I have killed my Venture ones when I did not shift down at a light the 650 I have driven very few times but have managed to kill the engine more times than I care to remember. One thing to remember lots of people are saying there women are 5'4 or shorter more important is the lenth of here inseam my wife has a 32" inseam at 5' 4" Good Luck John

I did my theater a couple of years ago, one thing that I was told at the time was to run the best speaker cable in the wall, should you decide to upgrade your speakers and or stero system down the road you will be wired for it, the cost difference wasn't huge at that time I did mine. Sorry I am not sure what size wire it is but it is way bigger than I thought it would be. Other than that maybe want to insulate the walls for better sound in the theater room an to help keep the sound in the theater room. John

I have a friend that had Venture that had his wife kickup the passenger boards and ride like that when he was in traffic, they some how bothered him while doing stop in goes. I have never had that issue and it is a good thing since my wife said she would not ride with me if she had to do that. John
