  1. this is what I used http://ledaccentlights.net/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=45&products_id=383
  2. Just a side note to the extra charge on your credit card -- Last year I went to Maryland, don't remember what month but the charge was on my card as it should have been. 6 months later there was another charge for one night at the same hotel and I hadn't been out of Ohio at all at that particular time. Go figure ?? Bottom line ? You need to be vigilant with regard to your credit cards and seriously look at every debit on your monthly statement. It has never happened to my personal card but twice on my corporate card - perhaps they think it would just go thru -
  3. There are 2 really good restaurants in Dandridge, one is right downtown at the 4 way stop and the other is right across the bridge on the left. I can't remember the name of either one, just remember how good the food was. The one downtown doesn't have a liqueur license but the marina restaurant does. Beautiful area - if you have time, drive down to the dam mid afternoon when they open the gates. The water rises 3 feet or so in less than 1/2 hour -
  4. my post went bye bye - don't really care because it was just a dig anyway. It's a REALLY difficult life when you have no faults, I'm just guessing at that because I did make a mistake in 2010, I think it was mid june I just made an amazing discovery - There's a cigarette lighter type outlet on my fairing - sonofagun - didn't know that was there. Probably seen it at one time or another but - - - -
  5. usually on overhead tanks code requires a catch basin with a drain
  6. I'm surprised that it hasn't been mentioned yet - when I can't afford to take a hot shower, my next option would be to do as so many have already done. sell everything, spend the money on non-recoverable extravagancies such as vacations and then simply go on welfare. case closed
  7. naw - they are the same muff, they don't have the catalytic converter in them, and I know they will work. I have mine drilled out front and rear. nice on acceleration and soothing on cruising.
  8. for the rear clamp, you can get 1 1/4" electrical emt clamps at lowes for $2 and a couple ss 1/4" bolts and washers - Get the clamp with the rubber insert -
  9. I put a Bosch tankless in - bought it from Granger and it does save a ton on electric. Just need to make sure you have at least 3 empty circuits in you service panel. You might be able to get away with a 2 circuit tankless but 3 would be a long term savings.
  10. I've got a spare set in the shed - don't remember if they're 95 A or 98A, nearly new and not drilled. There are a couple ways to mount the rear, you can do it for $4 or $40 your choice but you will probably want to get the front clamp off ebay. rbyrd5@neo.rr.com

  14. that's really a nice ahhh - it has a unique ahhh - what I mean to say is that it ahhh someone mentioned to me once that if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all. So I must go on record as not saying anything at all !!
  15. I get butterflies in my stomach on the 4th step of a 6 foot ladder - pretty sure you'd have to kill me before getting me on that ledge.

  22. I know this won't help very much but this is how I load for a road trip
  23. I alternate between ice tea and Michelob Ultra - Ice tea for driving, Michelob for fishing, tv'ing, watching the cats, listening to wife and honey do list, mowing the yard and anything else that doesn't require my full attention.
  24. it seems that anybody that displays an enormous amount of stupidity and lives through it then becomes an advocate, not sure I'd want the entire world to see
  25. I've never had a debit card, never made any sense to get one when my mc pays me back up to 5%. I always have a credit on my statement when I get the bill and now they have a program in effect that lets the payback accumulate till the end of the year and @ $1500 to $3000 a month, it adds up.
