Hey Dave: Try XS Cargo stores? They are a clearance type warehouse for discontinued items and other stuff. It's only $7.98 at XS Cargo and they say they have it in stock at all their locations, it seems. http://www.shopxscargo.com/product_catalogue/cat_product_quick_search.asp If the link brings up their home page search Mr clean and the product shows. Hope this helps. John

I replaced the front tire last fall for leaking around the rim but I blame it on it being an aluminium rim. I run ride on in the bike tires but I do not think that is the issue. I have aluminium rims on my cars and they have leaked around the rim too through corrosion and I have no ride on in them? I will continue to use ride on for what is is designed to do and do not believe it is the cause of corrosion.

Very sorry to hear about your loss. Prayers sent for everyone at this time of sorrow.

I can attest to this as a great ride as we just did this ride and more(Follow the St Lawrence to Cornwall Via 1000 islands and Hwy 2)on the long weekend in May. We stayed in Gananoque and made it a three day ride. Your route is a long way and is guaranteed to be a long day but worth it. Won't make your ride as this is a busy month. The ferry is free to whomever was asking and runs every 15min on weekends. Have a great ride and maybe we will meet up someday.

Look at the trailer and the wiring for the trailer on the bike as last time we had the same issue the wires were corroded behind the licience plate where we wired mine. Hope this helps
-
Good stuff Dave. Glad you are ready to go. The 4 wire vs. 5 wire trailer confused me so I couldn't help you either. So now let us know when you want to get out for a ride to practice with the trailer. John

Sad news indeed Larry and Joyce. We will be thinking of you at this time. Take care and it was great to see you guys last week.

Need new battery
relic replied to Jethroish's topic in Royal Star and Royal Star Tour Deluxe Tech Talk
YTX20L-BS) 12V 18 AH Or equivlent from another supplier. I just replaced mine on my 2004 and I believe the old one is still ok. No issues, just don't want to take the chance. The one below is the new one I have.It is at a Canadian site but it is just an example of aftermarket. http://cgi.ebay.ca/YTX20-BS-YTX20BS-CTX20-BS-battery-motorcycle-ATV_W0QQitemZ120463511166QQcmdZViewItemQQptZMotors_ATV_Parts_Accessories?hash=item1c0c2f4e7e -

Hi Charlie. Congrats on the new toy. I pay $1077 bike and $115 for the trailer. Total$1255 taxes in. I live in the highest rated Ontario town as I know others with the same bike ,different town, pay less. I am with Riders Plus. I know that some will say the trailer is an extension of the bike and does not need it's own coverage but I am not taking the chance of any thing happening that the insurance company can weasel out of paying so I told them about the trailer and they charge me $115. As you say Charlie for the extra it is piece of mind. Again congrats and hope to see you sometime this year.

Hey Eddie: If they use your bike I would definately want a shirt. It is a shiny one for sure if I remember correctly from seeing it at Vogel! Glad to hear you still have it. Last I heard you were selling it? Hope to see you sometime this year.
