  1. What is the Air Pressures on Forks and Rear shocks? Depend on how you ride you can get 40 to 55 miles on reserve. What I did was run it until Fuel Light came on or started to starve for Fuel then headed to Wal-Mart and purchased a plastic 1 gallon fuel container. Now my 2nd Gen Fuel Gauge also "trips to 0.0" then starts counting miles. Ran her Dry at 52 miles later. Added 1 Gallon I had in trunk and went to Gas Station and filled up. The BEST feature here is the "Search Button" there is plenty of information on much of what you mentioned above. Go on a 400 to 500 mile day then see how your Non-RSV or RSTD Buddies feel about the ride compared to you Good Luck
  2. Zero front and 40 rear for my Blackcherry RSV 2008 going on 10,000 mile in 1.3 riding seasons so far.
  3. and only 10 mm too LOL
  4. DITTO Zero in Front and 40 rear mostly 2 up and sometimes a trailer
  5. The wrong kind of paint can eat into the plastic and weaken it. Contact the manufacturer for more information.

  8. Frogmaster has not had a major fall yet but wear it all the time no excuses. http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k249/frogmaster_2006/venture_Convect_Mirror010.jpg
  9. Way to go fellow Vet We all have our limits
  10. Something still not looking right here. I can agree camera is just to the right but when i draw a visual line fron center of tail light pass the Trunk Button to center of Seat... I see the trunk button about 1 inch left and not inline or is this an illusion? Also if laid down on right side then that could have move the trunk left about an inch. Last Fall laid mine down leftside and trunk was moved right about an inch.
  11. P115W for RSV 2nd Gen. They have a part# search tool there too.

  17. Thanks for all the information and enhancing everybody's safety. KISAN has been ordered
  18. Earl, I'm hurt you did not call me first (LOL). You know I would help you out anyway I can but still being in the Northern Michigan Ice Berg for 75 more days and distance will be our downfall. But if you have a Prototype ready for MD2010 and need a 2nd Gen RSV who averages 10,000 miles in 6 months that is 80% Two Up and 40% pulling Trailer 300lb-ish then I'm your Dummy mmmm..... Man I agree nearly $700.00 for a Single Shock is CR@P! Thanks for doing this I will surely stay tuned.
  19. Don, I too suffer from CRS LOL. When it pops into your head at 2 a.m. you can post it here (is'nt the internet cool)
  20. Thanks Steve When I mentioned 2nd Gen I was thinking of a "PLUG-N-PLAY" thus the connectors are pre made (Im guessing 1st Gen and 2nd Gen Connectors are not the same) and no splicing needed. I can splice if need too.
  21. I seen info for 1st Gen Head-lite Modulators information posted here... but anybody have Link or Part# for 2nd Gen Head-lite Modulator? It is News like this: http://www.azcentral.com/news/articl...sant-abrk.html that convinces es me more and more to install one. Ride Safe
  22. Monty, If nobody WARNED YOU it is possible to put 10,000 miles plus in the first 5 or 6 months just from the adrenaline rush. Good Luck
  23. Are they both gonna be able to attend MD2010? Fellow Afghanistan Vet 2003-04
  24. 3G Broadband is 200 kb to 700kb (variable) you can goto http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest and check your "Thru Put". I had one last year and averaged 250kb . I then moved to DSL when price dropped here now I get a Dedicated 1,000kb = 1 MB for $30.00 / Month and no Contract. True I can not hit the road with it but very happy with 1MB and cost now. PS: Dropped the Satellite TV and use http://www.hulu.com and Rabitt Ears for DTV
  25. Nice Pics but the last Pic had such a Shiny Glare... I'm still seeing spots LOL. Dog Name is......?
