Anyone know anything about "fullbore" tires, mileage, grip. States they are 6 ply, can get them very cheap. Daryl

Most tires I am looking at such as the E3 Dunlop, only has a couple of grooves on the sides, Dunlop Elite II has an actual tread pattern. The third tire is a Continental, which to me has a great tread pattern, should get rid of the water under the tire during a ride in the rain. Are you telling me that the E3 without any tread pattern will not hydroplane in the rain? Daryl

If you a given a DOT sticker, who says the helmet has even passed those standards. Thought the manufacturer had to put the sticker on to be legal. Could just as well wear leather. my 2 cents Daryl

What do you have the IC volume set at? I keep mine below 10 to get rid of the engine/road noise. daryl

me too have spent many miles in the rain, the lips just channel the water away, you would have to pray water up under the lip to make it wet inside.
