Am sitting here snowed in AGAIN, drifting all the way across the road, starting about 6' hig down to 2'. Am hoping the snowplow comes thru so I can get wife to work in the morning. I already told my job I won't be in. Can't see across the road at times. Will gladly trade places with people in GA, SC, NC, TX, AL, maybe FL. Daryl

They had to pick on the one old design that was really crappy, X frame, no side rails. Dirt track racers knew that car wouldn't survive a season like the full box frame. Try that test with a older full frame! My 2 cents Daryl

Worked as a farm equipment mech a number of years back. Had a guy call up while he was changing oil in his tractor and ask how much oil did it take because he didn't see it from the fill hole and already had 10 gallons in it, only needed 2. not Daryl

When I was in North Augusta, I had the chance to use the services of STREET & TRAIL YAMAHA 4277 WASHINGTON RD EVANS, GA 30809-3055 Ph: 706-868-5050 http://www.starmotorcycles.com/assets/common/blank.gif They were great, took care of my problem, which should not have been problem if my selling dealer would have been up to date. Some of use actually like to work on these bikes, once it is changes to FI, not much you can do for adjustments, except take to dealer. Maybe reliable, but expensive to fix once out of warranty. Just my 2 cents. Have an awesome bike now, little long in the tooth but the alternatives some time scare me. Daryl -
Bubber Don't let them get you down, I love having both. Also feel if the fork springs are bad, or replaced with progressives. If on the test ride they bottom out, not fixed. Daryl

Was longer, we ended up in Hope Mills NC with Sheila's sister. Then took a detour to the Blue Ridge Parkway, rode 100 miles on it 8/9/09, from north border of NC to Asheville NC. Great ride. Then blasted our way back Monday and Tuesday. Let us know when, would rather ride than eat, I know doesn't fit the club here!!! Daryl
