    Looks like somebody didn't spend anything on it, and ow wants you to pay him for the neglect,,,,,, look elsewhere, or offer to take it off his hands for $500.00,,,,, that's 500 in your pocket, not his,,,,,, my guess to get it into pretty condition is over $3000.00, not including labor. Forks 100 springs 100 tires 300 fluids 50 gaskets 100 swing arm bushings and bearings 200 paint 200 tune up 50 carbs 100 brake pads 200 caliper kits 100 clutch cylinder kits 100 master cylinder kits 50 steering head 100 wheel bearings 200 plastic repair 100 Well that puts us at about $2000.00. Add some for incidentals and your on the way to $3000. Take off the $500 he gives you, and you're in the right price bracket for the scoot, but you did all the work,,,,, a good feeling I suppose. My prices are all approx... some over, maybe some under, just wanted to show how easily it gets spent.

    Ya got to do what you got to do. But just to let you on in a little secret,,,,, all you need to do is provide a place and time,,,, the rest takes care of itself,, if it can be done, it will be done, and if nobody knows how to do it, then at least we have something to talk about. Maintenance Day isn't just for keeping up the scoot,,, it's more importantly in keeping friendships in place and personally being able to keep certain folks in line. Just so you know. Carl

    So I screwed up again,,,,, and now to make amends with my one true love,,,, (yes I have only one,,,, Surprise you Joey?) I'm now posting the correct email, so you all can congratulate her for being married to me for 40 years,,, plus 1.5 years of courtship,,,, I tell you, my woman has endurance, and fortitude,,, and patience,,,, and 14.5 grandkids.     That's mostly because these bikes are not for sitting at stop lights,,,, avoid them like the plague,,,,, they need an open highway to run,, and run,,, and runnnnnnnn. Actually, listen to Squeeze, he's usually dead on.

    Didn't get to see enough of anybody this weekend,,, even got there sooner and stayed somewhat later,,, so maybe we have to make it a week long event,,,,, nah, I'm too old for that, wouldn't be able to take all the excitement for that long,,,, guess I'll just have to keep coming for more years.     Looks to me that you could use a heavier impact, so that the impacts from the gun are more positive. You could also try to tighten it once and then spin it loose, but the broom handle trick should works as well, maybe even with your light impact.

    I wouldn't call it a dinghy, he's too old to be playing with a dinghy,,, don't know what you would call it now that he's been at it with a Roto Zip,,,, probably won't call it anything, because it wouldn't come anyways.
