Carl, Hope you will have many happy miles riding te new scoot, but remember to post some pics when you take a break from riding. You can ride up to the weekend car shows there at Old Town. You better make sure to hold on tight, after I replaced my diaphragms, seems like my front tire had a problem staying on the ground..... FACT: Be prepared to change your clutch next.....

I got mine at the myradiostore.com too, but I went with the 4 foot long antenna because it was much cheaper than the 1 foot.

Peanuts on the floor has been around a while. Texas RoadHouse in Charleston is like that..... As I remember, that is where I proposed to Leslie at. I must have slipped on the peanut shells and bumped my head that night. Good thing, because several years later I still feel that was the best move I ever made.....

Part of the Patriot Act gave active Law Enforcement and Retired Law Enforcement with more than 15 years of service the Right to carry in all 50 States, but I wouldn't try to cross into Canada or Mexico with one. I don't have a problem with anyone that carries in the "US. A person can be charged with brandishing even though they have a permit to carry concealed. I don't worry about myself that much, but when my family is with me is a different question.....

I've looked at the Battery Tender, but I've got 4 to 5 years out of each of the Interstate batteries I used in the past. The Interstate is an exact replcement with battery probe and all for the Venture. As long as I ride once a month, my battery is good to go......

Brad, I too was wondering about your accident today as I was driving down the road. Was you using Ride-On by any chance? Or do you think maybe just low air pressure, worn tire or other factors caused the blow, and what kind of tire was you running?
