Next time you're in the area Charlie, we'll take you to catch some REAL fish. Went fishing Sat.with my son and some of his friends and we really knocked the boots off of the bluefish, striped bass and porgies. we actually started throwing the bluefish back because we had so many.

Might be.........he actually won at Aqueduct Raceway in Oct....waiting for his finish line picture......he broke his splint bone in his right leg so they removed both of them. He's fine without them but he won't be racing again.....

Good for you Dan. I'm going through that with a house up the block. Family of 4 moved in and within a month there's 11 living there. Landlord came up from MD last weekend and served them with papers but it's gonna be a while before they clear out. The witch even called MY PD to complain that we're taking pictures of her kid and posting them on the internet. (What's actually happened is that my neighbor took pictures of the guys running into the cars that come to pick them up every morning and sending them to the owner and the local building department) Gonna be a long few months.

We recently had to put down our horse due to advanced age. Wasn't sure if my wife would want another for awhile but we got a call from the New York Thoroughbred Rescue Association. They adopt out Thoroughbred horses whose careers are over and try to find them new homes. Well...him and Sam met and it was love at first sight. We picked him up last week and he's now settled in at his new home. He's a really sweet horse with few of the issues associated with the breed and he has great blood lines...here are some pics of his 'homecoming..... He's a little thin, but nothing we can't fix....

Got ours renewed recently........didn't take too long. Wife already asked for the dates so she can schedule her time off for the International.......my schedule will be a bit harder...but I'll get it one way or another.

My truck got hit while parked by someone with Progressive..I must say I was very happy with the service. Even though it was just a scuffed front bumper, they gave me a rental car for the whole time. Called me right away to schedule the estimate and called me afterwards to make sure I was happy.

Sorry to hear of your loss Ron. I've locked up my share of drunk drivers, a few had multiple convictions and had never seen a day in jail other than the night they spent with us. It's frustrating to say the least.. Many years ago, my grandfather was killed by a drunk driver......himself....he was an alcoholic who always got away with it back then because it wasn't considered a problem. I was always glad that he didn't take anyone with him, but was too young to try to contact the family of the people he hit to say I was sorry. .. .. .. As Brad has said...to all of you on here that I have met...and to those I have yet to meet...I consider all of you my friends and all you need to do is ask for anything.

Thoughts are with you Jim

sheesh Don....you sure are a glutton for punishment!! I like the idea.....and would probably sign up....but I'm one of those who come here everyday......a few times a day...............so I don't miss much. But for those who can't come here each day, it would be a great source.

Question on leveling links and bike lifts
VTirelli replied to WIKD's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
I have a Craftsman lift and it works fine. I highly recommend getting the lift adapter that CarbonOne makes. It holds the bike rock solid on th elift without using wood. -
Looks doable for me.......just need to wait for the work schedule to come in. I'm changing charts as of Jan so I won't know exactly when I'm working til then. definitely close enough.
