  1. I put a new front tire on the trike today, and while the front tire was off, I said to myself, what a perfect time to put a front fender rail on! Sooo, when I go over to Pioneer Motorsports to pick up the tire, I ask if they happen to have one in stock and they check and find yes they do have one in stock. We go to get it and we can't find it. Why?? Because Chad had already packed it in the trailer and when we ask about it, he tells me it is already promised to Freebird!!!!! Oh well, I will need to replace my front brakes before August anyway so maybe then...
  2. Yah! They is big and top heavy scoots, ain't they?!!? You're right, for parking lot oops the crash bars work fine! Also works for left hand turns when you start one and immediately have to stop...
  3. Hmmmm, good question. Maybe about 15 - 20 minutes southwest using the thruway. There are no direct routes to Eden from here but Irving is due west from here, rt 39 to Gowanda then rt 438 across the reservation to the gas station, about an hour ride for us. Not our normal route, we pick up I-90 in Erie Pa, but southwest of us they are still cleaning up from all the flooding etc and we may consider doing the toll way instead...
  4. Actually, the best place fro me to meet up with you guys is the Seneca Hawk Gas Station in Irving, just off the thruway (I90) where Rt 5 and 20 join. Cheap gas there too!!

  10. Yes, it is a metering valve. Not much in there other than a precision size oriface to regulate flow rate of the brake fluid to the front brake. Not to be confused with the proportioning valve at the rear cylinder which is a time delay from when you apply the rear brake until fluid starts to flow to the front brake...
