I have lived in Pa for 58 yrs, in my neck of the woods you can change your own flat anywhere you want as long as you are not createing a safety hazard. We did have car wash restrictions during extended dry spells, but we havent had any in my area for a few years. I wash my cars in the drive all summer. We do have ring bologna and swiss cheese, great pretzels, great bike roads, great hunting, couple big lakes some nice little towns. Craig

Man, my hat is off to ya, an RSV for your first bike and you are short too. If you can handle that baby you can handle anything! I am only 5'5" but I have been riding a long time, had Rick re-do my seat and he did a great job, but if you want to get even lower find a used corbin and get him to re-work it. Have an 06 with the Iridiums, didnt affect my mpg at all, I get 42-45 2-up, it does seem to fire up easier. Dont think its the plugs. Craig

I had the sampson fishtails on my 06, they looked great I really liked the look and quality, but they were way too loud, they didnt last long on my bike. Craig:thumbdown:
