  6. Saw this link over on the Delphi fourm -RSV&RSTD. http://www.barnettharley.com/index.php/online-feature-bikes/item/2928-travertson-motorcycles-2700cc-v4 I would love to have this engine in a trike. Even if it is half Harley Larry
  7. Good job Monty. I know Don was chomping at the bit to get this project done. Larry
  8. Yea I did that to mine when I got it as well. Much better being down low I think. It sits just barely above the pillon now. Larry
  9. Probably not and had both fingers crossed behind his back too. Larry
  10. Have had mine now for 5 years and won't ride without it. Larry
  11. The one we own is the DC14 model. It's a standard type upright. Larry
  12. It's a "T" bag product. Here's a link of what it is. http://www.tbags.com/detail.aspx?ID=57&SelectedCat=3 Both ends have a mesh screen with zipper covers. There'a also a opening on top. Comes with safety securing straps for the dog. I've used it but twice and come to the realization our mutt was just a tab to big for it. He loved the ride too. Larry
  13. True dat but I believe Sweetnothing is gonna be in Ohio that weekend so guess where the best cheesecake is gonna be? You want cheesecake that weekend then haul yourself on up to Ohio. Larry
  14. Which one you looking at? Size, etc? I have a small one that'll fit on the luggage rack I'll let go cheap if it fits your needs. Larry
  15. Nice link there Goose. I book marked it for futre reference. Let us know how well you like the gauge when you get it installed. Larry
  16. Very nicely done up phertwo. I always love reading about folks who make things like this work to their specifications. Yankee ingenuity at it best. Great write up also. Larry
  17. If I'm traveling I just leave my trailer hooked up to the bike. I use a set of locks with matching keys for the reciever and the trailers tongue. If I'm somewhere where I want to leave the trailer at the hotel or whatever I use a 15 foot cable from HF and a hearty sized lock and fasten it to a light pole or whatever is handy. If nothing is available i'll run the cable thru the wheels and axle, besides using the coupler lock. As noted if someone wants it bad enough it'll be gone. Larry
  18. We've had a Dyson upright (model?) a number of years now. Great unit and really picks up stuff our old Hoover would leave behind. I like that there's no bags to buy for it. After 3-4 times it gets emptied we rinse the canister out and it's good as new. Larry
  19. We had some strong storms move thru our area late last night with tornado watches and warnings posted. Reading news today south of Toledo got hammered. Hope no one from the board suffed any damage or got hurt. Larry
  20. There's not much one can do when something of this nature is done deliberately. Fortunately you were able to avoid a bad situation as well as alerting others of the danger. You done good there. I would hope that someone may have seen the persons(s) who did this and would turn in any info they have to the proper authorities. Whether anything could be done to them since no one was hurt who knows. Larry
  21. Don't have one but why couldn't you make a plate out of a sheet of aluminum or Plexis glass? Then paint to whatever color you want. Larry
  22. Good for ya Annie. Nothing like getting in the wind to put that smile on eh? Enjoy the ride. Larry
  23. You're gonna love having that extra fuel. Adding my tank is one of the best mods I've done to my trike. Larry
  24. Mine was doing that recently as well. It was a week past the warranty expiration date but I solved it myself anyhow. I took all the connectors apart, sprayed them with an electrical contact cleaner and then put a tiny dab of dielectric grease on the female terminal ends. Put them all back together and has worked fine since. Larry
  25. The guys have ya covered on the Seafoam but I wanted to welcome another 3rd wheeler amongest us here. Post up some pics when ya get a chance too. Larry
