Back in the 70's I rode to work at 18 degrees...brushed the snow off the seat and went on my way. no windshield, but I only had to ride 8 miles.

I got my rk's(NEW Take offs) off ebay for $18 plus shipping, total of $50 and they came with the clamps. used two "P" clamps to mount at a cost of $5 each. $145 for dirty used RK's...not the best buy out there.

probably some fool who carried a can up to the pump without waiting in line..or somebody who filled their truck, and 5 or more 5 gallon cans tooo...seen that here, but i know the cans likley were for generators at home...the funniest/sorriest one i saw was some....suicidal moron in a geo metro that filled vegtable oil bottles, kitty litter buckets and anything he could get his hands on and stuffed them in his trunk(leaking)...then he told me he was from a town near me....i told him an out of the way route to get home so i would not have to see his burning vehicle on my way home.

we kinda changed directions due to gustav...we are in Blythville AR tonight headed up thur IL and then east to indy....gonaa make a quick visit and head back to Lufkin TX then on to Hou. to survey any damamge......next trip maybe?

went to sears' little fotomat locksmith. he cut a "datusn" (not nissan) key for me and it worked fine..it was a little longer but the was ok too.

CYNDI, I Think you need to focus on fighting back. Start asking questions around your "hood". Start asking other mom's if their kids spent anytime at this creep's home. How long has he lived there? What about at his old neighbor hood? There quite possibly may be more victims..the LEO's may not look into this very far. What if they miss a victim and nobody knows. This guy might get off lighter without another child backing up your baby's story. This may help redirect your's and Dale's anger into some positive mental attitudes. Does anyone on this forum agree with me or am I totally of base?

Taking a trip from Texarkana to Indy. Last time we went we took the boring "straight and fast" route. This time we want some backroads. When we get to memphis(or? Texarkana?) we could go north Effingham or east to Nashville. Anybody got any ideas on routes ?

Spray a little lubricant in the upper (right?) corner. Latch has probably dried out. Mine did it about two years ago about the same time helmut latches dried up.
