  1. Hey Bilko1, You got 5 months on me. 81 was something else.
  2. :bawling: :rotf:
  3. Sounds like a side stand switch like already mentioned. Its designed to kill the engine if its down and you put it in gear. Now maybe passing thru N your triggering something to make the switch think the side stand has gone down
  4. Mega is up to 500 mil. Not the ca lottery. CA ain't got 500mil anywhere ....
  5. After my Dad was killed on a bike I walked away from bikes for ten years somehow blaming the bike. Never looking or even thinking about riding one again. One day it just was like a light came on and I was back on them. Same thing could have happened in a car or truck. Someday they maybe back but if not I still call them friends.
  6. I have been having a somewhat similar problem but mine always starts after letting go of the switch for a couple of seconds and hitting it again . Not buzzing but turning over like an old chevy... Real slooooow.. The odyssey battery is only five years old. It only does it when its hot.
  7. The torque can warp them. Did you feel pulsing when you applied the front brakes. Take them off and spin them 90 degrees then torque them back down in three steps. That usually fixes them.
  8. You have no idea what you have gotten yourself into do you Carl ? Welcome aboard...Let the games begin....Where's Charlie when you need him:whistling::rotf:
  9. You know, It ain't a Kimber . I saw this and just had to have it... Just can't find a good concealing holster for it .
  10. Yea, The lower wind vents work great. When moving anyway.. .
  11. Just post a "bump" on it to push it back to the top.
  12. If an engine just dies it could be electrical. On a fuel injected engine a sudden inlet blockage would probably act the same. No way to keep pressure up and it would die pretty fast. But I would look for electrical problems first. Ethanol is not gonna cause it. I have run my bike at 80 and 90 for hours on end with the current 10% ethanol in the gas.
  13. Somebody's got underwear with pockets for his gun ?
  14. Oh yea,,,, July and August... Pretty Much Sizzles...
  15. I use to use Passports and Bel. They were pretty good. Don't need to get anywhere that fast anymore. I get there when I get there. Still got a Passport 8500 X50. I'll sell it for 80 bucks. Don't have the suction cup mount but you probably don't want to use that anyway. I had it on a Ram mount with Velcro.
  16. Yea, That's a first. Probably the shifter linkage.
  17. I always have good look with Enterprise or Alamo.
  18. I run different makes. Bike handles fine to me. I have an E2 on the back and a Pirelli on the front.
  19. You need a bigger mower then...
  20. Same problem I had with the 130 on front. Grooved payment was way more fun with that on there...
  21. The old Commanders were noisy in the turns. Are these new ones noisy ?
  22. Speaker enclosure is like 60 % of the sound quality. Ours stink as far as that's concerned .
  23. Sorry to hear this. Our condolences.
  24. Go here. www.carport.com and build yours and see what the price is. The price shown includes installation. I'm having one put in the first of April. I'm putting a 22x36x9 in for around 5500. Putting smack on the ground. Then pour my slab with the rebar sticking out over the frame like fingers to hold it in place. Puts the floor 5 inches above the ground so water should not be a problem. We have nothing but rock under that area so it won't be sinking any. Oh yea, looks like they install in your area. as does http://www.gaport.com.
  25. I Have been in electronics for 37 years. The purpose of a fuse is to protect the ENTIRE CIRCUIT. Not just the wire.
