    I have always named my bikes. "Blue Beast" "UGLY" "Lil'Red" "Black Beauty" "Shady Lady" "Parts Bike" I think thats all I have right now but next week if I taslk to the Warden right.......

    ITs a 2nd Gen!!! There is a "BLUE" 83 on there now in Texas. I showed it to the Warden. She admitted it was sharp and looked like something she had seen before.:whistling:I wouldn't:confused24:

    I've been hit twice in the last 5 yrs. Once on bike once in cage. Both of the IDIOTS just were not looking and couldn't have been avoided. Countless times looking has saved me. These two the only thing that could have saved me was not being there. Both times on the way home from work. I just won't do that anymore!!

    Thom, Remove the Radiator cap..... then pull a 2nd Gen under it and replace...problem solved!! LOL You do this when you get too old to handle a 1st Gen!!

    I don't have a 2nd gen to put them on. That would really take some thought on how to approach the Warden for another bike!!! If i bought a 2nd Gen what would I do with all those 1st Gen parts???

    Hey ADC I'm headed south. Taking the Warden to the beach for a couple days. Taking her sister with us. She has never seen the big pond.

    In the early 70's I rode to Daytona on a Hardtail only stopping for gas. About 700+ a little I think. Details of that trip are a little fuzzy.

    I sat in the Vetran's Clinic not long ago and looked around the room at the collection of old geezers in there. But I had a though. How much this room had already given .But given a chance how much more could they give?? That would be the wrong room for a Ben Laden supporter to open his mouth!! FORGIVE or FORGET--- HELL NO!!

    Now that is a man that is thinking!! I have to start "ugly" often cause the carbs will gunk up on these bikes if you don't. And just leaving it sit in the drive running don't make sense. May as well ride a little if it has to be running.
