    Geez Beer ya gotta get with the program. TP should be carried inna zip-lock bag on the scoot. Why ruin a perfectly good road map? Boomer.........who also knows being in the bushes with yer pants down around yer ankles can lead to real complications.

    Are you keeping your RPM's up? This V4 lugs easily and hates LOW RPM's. Changing the fuel filter is a good idea tho....there's a LOT of crappy gas out there....and if you have bought gas from a Station that allows their tanks to get low rest assured yer gonna get gas with crap in it. Boomer........who is going to re-locate his fuel filter and and slap a new one in at every oil change.

    Have you checked the mounting bolts for your CB under the trunk? I found mine to be loose and causing a rattle as you describe. BLUE Loctite cured that problem fast. Boomer.........who only has the marbles in his head causing a rattle on the scoot now.

    Smells to high heaven IMHO! If there are any Venture Riders in those Countries I suspect they would have found their way to this Site long ago methinks. Boomer........who does not trust a "Oversea marketing manager who goes only by the name of "John".

    I can verify that most digital cameras (especially the one's owned by your wife) will not work properly when ya immerse them in salt water. Boomer........who now avoids cameras like he does politicians.

    I would check the oil level ,inspect the tires,and check air pressure before jumping on for a ride...... If everything checks out.....RIDE IT LIKE YA STOLE IT. Boomer..........whose 06 RSMV just rolled 30K.

    While this may sound good and look great on paper in reality it is nothing without STRICT ENFORCEMENT and HEAVY PENALTIES applied to violators. We have the Cell Phone Law here and if I had a single dollar for everyone I see still yakking on their cell phone while driving I could collect enough to retire in just 6 lousy months and live comfortably. Boomer........who still thinks driving is a granted COURTESY and not a RIGHT!

    Glad to hear your surgery went well! Go easy and heal fast. Boomer........who thinks ya should park the scoot next to the computer and do the "wax on-wax off" routine on the scoot while yer playing on the pooter.

    No matter what the age of the rider it is paramount that road conditions be monitored constantly when riding.....and ya darn well better know your limitations on that scoot or the price you pay could be with your life. I feel for the family of that woman. Somebody lost a Mother,daughter,Aunt,wife,and a vital part of a family. Boomer......who knows its better to ride invisible rather than invincible.
