    I would listen to these guys. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Dealers often look at their bottom line when making recommendations. These guys do it for free..

    I was down 24% for the year and said enough. Pulled all my funds out of the market. Sticking them back into CD's or Money Market. Lost half of my 401k when the bottom dropped out eight years ago and can't go through that again.

    Us older fellas remember when 5000 miles was the norm. That was before the first gas shortages. When they started coming out with a lot of 4 cylinder engines which had to rev higher, they shortened it to 3000 miles. Now with the newer blends, especially the synthetics, it's just a waste of money to do it every 3000 miles on your car. Just my opinion, but my opinion matters to me!!

    Touring St. Judes would be nice, but I'm good with just getting together and presenting the money to them if that could be worked out. Of course the tat's and food would still be expected.

    Like he said, that's one radical radial. It's a marvel of engineering in how they hook up all those cylinders inline to one crankshaft.

    You have a right to brag on the dealer. There aren't nearly enough like them still around. Glad it all worked out okay.

    Thought they came standard with passenber floor boards. Drivers floor boards are scarce, demand is high, and prices are just plane unreasonable. Good luck on finding some.

    Really good to see that post. BACA is truly a worthy group and I'm glad they are there for you. I may have to check into their organization.

    Our fine attorney general has done the same thing in Arkansas. Our price this morning was $3.68 and it hasn't moved for a few days.

    Just a word of warning. Using the same turkey baster at Thanksgiving will give the jiblet gravy a little wang that you mechanic types will recognize. :banana:

    What they did is just plain wrong. Sounds like being the "only" dealer in town has went to their head. Tell Honda Corp what you think and then find a good dealer. I don't think you would have liked dealing with them anymore anyway. :thumbsup2:
