I have been using an Interstate battery and I've been getting 4- 5 years at least out of the last two. Interstate makes a battery which is an exact replacement with the probe and all. All you need to do is unplug the old probe and plug in the new......

Need help identify some noise

Check the clamps near the heads, then listen to the collector box. Mine did the same thing recently. I had something lose inside the collector box, but it seems to be getting better on its own. -
I have the same problems with hard bumps while riding two-up. I thought about changing to a progressive rear shock this winter. I tried changing the damper adjustment and the air, but no luck...... the good thing my wife said the last time that she can't wait till I get a new bike.

It would definately be a Venture. Probably about a good 20 years to get 100k miles. And I don't mind the carbs or the 1300, as long as it runs like they do now iut fast enough.....

After 19 years of law enforcement, sounds like everything is pretty normal. I have lost a lot of faith in what I am protecting. Our court system is a very slow moving act......

This site is a great thing, and ain't it nice to have it working again. Don sure created a good thing here. I had to re-do all of my solder joints but now they work!
