Congratulations to our very own " Wildhair ". Lowell is getting together with his first wife after many years apart. She is the Mother of his kids and he is happy as can be. He also informed me he will be at our Leakey,Tx meet next month with her. He's in Oklahoma moving her to Springfield with him.

till go back for the next,meeting with the doc,got a good report,still didn't ask if i could go on long rides,last couple of rides,were great,no after effects what so ever,so the prayers are working,looks like a little rain for 6 or 7 days,don't thank i should get wett yet all is going will lowell

He is a great guy. Many others know him much better and have known him for much longer than I have, but regardless he has been having a hard time lately. One piece of all of the events going on as of recently included him moving. It is my understanding that in the loading process of his 'cow-a-saki' (as he puts it) the bike bottomed out on the trailer and damaged the oil pan. Eck and some of our other fantastic members [forgive me for leaving out your names - nothing personal] are in the process of arranging the repair of L A Pryor's bike. The current estimate of the repair seems to be a minimum of $200 in parts alone. Lowell had an estimate for a total of ~$300 for the repair, but that of course did not include getting his bike from Springfield, MO to western TN where the repair would be done. So, in addition to the cost of repairing the bike there is the travel expense of getting the bike to and from the shop (which is being handled by our members). The alternative is for a few of our members to meet up at Lowell's to do the repair there. Regardless, any donation made here will be passed on to Lowell. I will NOT leave this open indefinitely but will give a few days notice before I pull the link down. I will wait until 'we' have Lowell's situation resolved before pulling the link. I wanted to see if we can help Lowell out on his cycle repairs. As most know Lowell has done a lot for our family and being at most every event we had and being our ambassador for Venturerider.org Please lets show Lowell how much he means to us!!. I would like to help out by giving some money to help him get his cycle fixed. as of right now 300.00 is needed for the cycle repairs but extra is also needed for gas as well to get his bike there in TN for the repairs. Most of us know Lowell is having some health issues which we all know takes $$ to do so I was hoping by doing this for Lowell it would help him out toward his other $$ needs.. I know Lowell will be talking to me later on :whistling:but heck we Love the Guy Freebird, Can we do this for Lowell as he really means a lot me and others here? Buddy

Had breakfast with the Ambasador this morning , then headed home..It was great visiting with Lowell, always great to share stories and hear of his adVentures.. any way we made it back home around 1400hrs, Janet caught a bug while we where there and has pretty much lost her voice, so needless to say, all is quiet here at the homestead.. Brad & Lonna, we ate enough for the 2 of you also, so you wouldn`t feel left out.. Lowell, we really enjoyed the visit, just wish we would have been able to stay longer... but we will catch up with you down here in our neck of the woods one of these days, take care.. Kreg and Janet

Lowell came through Nocona, TX today about 1300 and stopped by work to see me on his way to Denver. He was riding his Kawasaki. Just wish I could have gone too.

I just found out today... I'm heading to Florida... Probably gonna leave Wed if the roads are clear of snow... It's supposed to snow Thurs & Fri.... Wed. calling for a High of 33F... Anyone else going to be there or riding down??? Lowell will I see you over there this year? I'll be staying in Kissimmee 2/27 - 3/8... Might do a Key West trip in there... I hope to see some of you guys down there...

Anybody out there got a good right front signal light for a 1st gen? Lowell sent me one, but I need the other right one. I need to either send the left one back to Lowell or send him a little money. Anybody want to trade a right one for a left one? RandyA
